Schweren Herzens werde ich aus meiner WG und aus meinem schönen Zimmer ausziehen. Das Zimmer ist 14 m^2 groß. Das große Fenster geht zum Hinterhof hinaus wodurch es immer sehr ruhig ist. Eine Trennwand trennt das Bett von dem restlichen Zimmer, wodurch man Lernen und einen Platz zum Entspannen ganz gut trennen kann.
Die Wohnung hat eine moderne und gut ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine und zwei großen Kühlschränken und Gefrierfächern. Außerdem haben wir zwei schöne, identische Bäder mit Dusche. Die Waschmaschinen und der Trockner stehen im Keller und werden von allen Hausbewohnern benutzt, was aber recht problemlos klappt. Für Fahrräder ist draußen im abschließbaren Fahrradkäfig Platz.
Wenn du magst, würde ich gerne das Sofa und den Schreibtisch in dem Zimmer lassen.

Your future room is 14 m^2. The large window faces the backyard and it is always very quite.
A partition separates the bed from the rest of the room, which makes is easy to separate studying and a place to relax.
The flat has a modern and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and two large fridges and freezers. We also have two nice, identical bathrooms with showers. The washing machines and dryers are in the basement and are used by all the residents, but this works out quite well. There is space for bicycles outside in the lockable bicycle cage.
If possible, I would like to leave the sofa and the desk in the room.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich am Anfang des Magdelstiegs. Bis zum Westbahnhof braucht man nur ca. 5 Minuten und die nächste Bushaltestelle ist fast direkt vor der Haustür. Von dort kommt man auch gut zur Hochschule und zum Beutenberg Campus.
Ins Stadtzentrum und zur Uni läuft man ca. 10-15 Minuten, 5 Minuten die Straße hoch gibt es auch einen Edeka.
Ein paar Minuten den Berg hinter dem Haus hinauf liegt der Friedensberg, wo man picknicken und den Sonnenuntergang beobachten kann. Natürlich ist auch der Paradiespark nicht weit weg. Und wenn man mal den Kopf freikriegen will, ist man in 15 Minuten im Wald, wo man super
spazieren gehen kann.

Our flat is located at the beginning of Magdelstieg. It only takes about 5 minutes to get to Westbahnhof station and the nearest bus stop is right outside the front door. From there, it is easy to get to the Ernst-Abbe Hochschule or the Beutenberg Campus. To get to the city centre or the university it takes about 10-15 minutes by foot, and there is a
supermarket 5 minutes up the road. Just a few minutes away there is the lovely park Friedensberg, where you can picnic and watch the sunset. Of course, the Paradiespark is also not far away. And if you want to clear your head, in 15 minutes you'll be in the forest for a walk.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind Clara (20), Malin (20) und Katy (25). Clara studiert Wirtschaft und Sprachen, Malin Sportwissenschaften und Katy Biochemie und schreibt gerade an ihrer Masterarbeit.
Alle drei sind ganz wunderbare, offene und umgängliche Menschen, mit denen man sich schnell
wohl fühlt. Unsere WG ist wie eine kleine Familie, wir quatschen über alles und nichts und
verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander. Unter der Woche treffen wir uns oft spontan in der Küche und reden über den Tag. Da Malin und Clara beide sehr sportbegeistert sind, kommt hier auch mal die eine oder andere Diskussion über Fußball zustande oder Spiele werden gemeinsam geschaut. Trotzdem respektieren wir es immer, wenn jemand seine Ruhe braucht und alleine sein will.
Wir suchen wir einen Mitbewohner/eine Mitbewohnerin, der/die sich ebenfalls
aktiv am WG-Leben beteiligen wird, denn wir sind keine Zweck-WG. Außerdem solltest du
offen und entspannt sein und einen gewissen Sinn für Ordnung und Sauberkeit haben.

Your flatmates will be Clara (20), Malin (20) and Katy (25).
All of them are very lovely, open and sociable people with whom you quickly feel at home. Our
shared flat is like a small family, we chat about everything and nothing and enjoy spending
time together. During the week we sometimes have dinner together and chat about the day. Nevertheless, we always respect it when someone needs their peace and quiet and wants to be alone.
As you can see, we are looking for a roommate who will also actively participate in the flat-
life, because we are not a purpose-built shared flat. You should also be open and relaxed
and have a certain sense of orderliness and cleanliness.
Für die Wäsche haben wir einen extra Waschkeller, in dem uns mit einem Münzautomaten
Waschmaschinen und Trockner zur Verfügung stehen.
