Da ich kommenden Wintersemester ein Auslandssemester in Italien machen werde, möchte ich mein Zimmer für diese Zeit gerne untervermieten. Wenn du ein Erasmus Student bist, wäre das perfekt! Natürlich sind aber auch alle anderen herzlich willkommen ;)
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist klein aber fein - es ist super geschnitten und deshalb trotz seiner 14qm geräumig. Deine zwei Fenster lassen viel Licht herein und du hast zwei große Fensterbretter, auf dem man perfekt in der Sonne sitzen oder lesen kann. Es ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, sodass es den ganzen Tag über schön hell ist. Trotzdem bleibt es im Sommer kühl im Zimmer und im Winter warm, weil unser Haus sehr dicke Wände hat. Auch wenn das Zimmer zur Straße zeigt, ist es durch die neuen Fenster drinnen ruhig und vor allem am Wochenende fahren nur wenige Autos.
Da ich das Zimmer zur Untermiete anbiete, lasse ich alle Möbel darin.
Unsere Wohnung ist geräumig und modern, mit einer gemütlichen Küche mit allem, was man braucht und einer Spülmaschine, zwei identischen Bädern mit großer Dusche und einem kleinen Sofa im Flur, auf dem es sich super sitzen und reden lässt. Wir haben außerdem ein Kellerabteil und einen umzäunten Fahrradabstellplatz vor der Haustür.
Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten, also Wasser, Heizung und Internet.
Da eine meiner Mitbewohnerinnen ebenfalls ein Erasmus-Semester macht , wird noch ein weiteres Zimmer zur Untermiete frei.

As I will be doing a semester abroad in Italy next winter semester, I would like to sublet my room for this time. If you are an Erasmus student, that would be perfect! But of course, everyone else is welcome too ;)
Your future room is small but nice - it has a great layout and is therefore spacious despite its 14 square metres. The two windows let in a lot of light and have large windowsills, which are perfect for sitting in the sun or reading. It faces south, so it's nice and bright inside all day long. However, it stays cool in the room in summer and warm in winter as our
house has very thick walls. Even though the room faces the street, it is quiet inside because of the new windows and especially at weekends, there are only a few cars.
As I am offering the room for subletting, I am leaving all the furniture.
Our flat is spacious and modern, with a cosy kitchen with everything you need and a dishwasher, two identical bathrooms with a large shower and a small sofa in the hallway, which is great for sitting and talking. We also have a cellar compartment and a fenced bicycle storage space at the front door.
The rent includes all utilities, i.e. water, heating and internet.
Since one of my flatmates is also doing an Erasmus semester, another room is available for subletting.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich am Anfang des Magdelstiegs.
Bis zum Westbahnhof braucht man nur ca. 5 Minuten und die nächste Bushaltestelle ist fast direkt vor der Haustür. Von dort kommt man auch gut zur Hochschule und zum Beutenberg Campus. Ins Stadtzentrum und zur Uni läuft man ca. 10-15 Minuten, 5 Minuten die Straße hoch gibt es auch einen Edeka.
Ein paar Minuten den Berg hinter dem Haus hinauf liegt der Friedensberg, wo man picknicken und den Sonnenuntergang beobachten kann. Natürlich ist auch der Paradiespark nicht weit weg. Und wenn man mal den Kopf freikriegen will, ist man in 15 Minuten im Wald, wo man super spazieren gehen kann.

Our flat is located at the beginning of Magdelstieg.
It only takes about 5 minutes to get to Westbahnhof station and the nearest bus stop is right outside the door. From there, it is easy to get to the Ernst-Abbe Hochschule or the Beutenberg Campus. To get to the city centre or the university it takes about 10-15 minutes by foot, and there is a supermarket 5 minutes up the road.
Just a few minutes away, there is a lovely park "Friedensberg", where you can picnic and watch the sunset. Of course, the Paradiespark is also not far away. And if you want to clear your head, in 15 minutes you'll be in the forest for a walk.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind Nina (22) und Clara (18). Beide studieren Wirtschaft und Sprache im 6. bzw. 2. Semester im Bachelor. Nina und Clara sind sehr liebe, offene und umgängliche Menschen, mit denen man sich schnell wohl fühlt. Unsere WG ist wie eine kleine Familie, wir quatschen über alles und nichts und verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander. An den Wochenenden trinken wir gerne ein Glas Wein zusammen oder kochen gemeinsam. Hin und wieder werden daraus auch spontane WGinterne Partys ;). Auch unter der Woche essen wir meistens zusammen zu Abend und tauschen uns aus. Trotzdem respektieren wir es immer, wenn jemand seine Ruhe braucht und alleine sein will.
Wie du siehst, suchen wir einen Mitbewohner/eine Mitbewohnerin, der/die sich ebenfalls aktiv am WG-Leben beteiligen wird, denn wir sind keine Zweck-WG. Außerdem solltest du offen und entspannt sein und einen gewissen Sinn für Ordnung und Sauberkeit haben.

Your flatmates will be Nina (22) and Clara (18). Both are studying economics and languages for their Bachelors. Nina and Clara are very lovely, open and sociable people with whom you quickly feel at home. Our shared flat is like a small family, we chat about everything and nothing and enjoy spending time together. At the weekends we like to drink a glass of wine together or cook together. Every now and then we have spontaneous flat-internal parties ;). During the week we have dinner together and chat about the day. Nevertheless, we always respect it when someone needs their peace and quiet and wants to be alone.
As you can see, we are looking for a roommate who will also actively participate in the flat-life, because we are not a purpose-built shared flat. You should also be open and relaxed and have a certain sense of orderliness and cleanliness.
Für die Wäsche haben wir einen extra Waschkeller, in dem uns mit einem Münzautomaten Waschmaschinen und Trockner zur Verfügung stehen.
Wir machen gern eine Online-Besichtigung mit dir, aber du kannst genauso gerne persönlich vorbeikommen, um dir einen Eindruck vom Zimmer und der Wohnung zu machen.

For laundry, we have an extra laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers.
We will be happy to arrange an online viewing with you, but you are also welcome to come in person to get an impression of the room and the flat.
