WG-Zimmer im Türmchen

Gefühlt alles (Uni, Hochschule, Mensen, Magdelstube, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten...) ist von der WG aus zu Fuß (oder noch schneller mit dem Rad) innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Besonders praktisch sind der nahe Westbahnhof, die Boulderhalle um die Ecke und der Friedensberg, welcher nur eine Treppe entfernt ist.

Practically everything in Jena can be reached on foot (or even faster by bike) within a few minutes from the flat.
Especially convenient are the nearby Westbahnhof, the bouldering hall around the corner and the Friedensberg, which is only a stairway away.

Zu mir, ich bin Samson, seit 5 Jahren in Jena, habe hier Laser- und Optotechnologie studiert und arbeite seither als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an der EAH. Teils arbeite ich im Home Office in unserem Wohnzimmer, teils an der EAH. Neben der Lohnarbeit engagiere ich mich bei foodsharing und beim Verein fairwertbar für Themen um Lebensmittel, Nachhaltigkeit und Solidarität.

Die drei Themen finde ich auch für das gemeinsame WG-Miteinander wichtig. Ich finde es sehr schön, Lebensmittel zu teilen, miteinander/füreinander zu kochen, Aufgaben im Haushalt eigenverantwortlich zu übernehmen und über alles offen zu reden. Zuverlässigkeit und ein gewisses Maß an Ordnung und Sauberkeit in den gemeinsamen Bereichen der Wohnung sind dafür die Basis ;) Zu WG-Finanzen und Miete - Die angegebenen 400€ Miete sind nicht in Stein gemeißelt, sondern wir können gerne reden wie wir die Mietkosten (~1050€ warm) fair/solidarisch unter uns aufteilen.

Sport der mich begeistert: bouldern, klettern, Beachvolleyball und Fahrrad fahren.

Die letzten 2 Jahren habe ich mit David in der WG gewohnt und es ist sehr traurig, dass er Ende Januar auszieht. Das Türmchen war offenes Wohnzimmer für viele Menschen und Gruppen und es wäre ein Traum wenn das so bleiben würde. :)

About me, I'm Samson, I've been in Jena for 5 years now. I studied laser and optotechnology here and since then I've been working as a research assistant at the EAH. Partly I work in home office in our living room, partly (and most of time) at the EAH. In addition to my paid work, I am involved in foodsharing and the fairwertbar association for topics related to food, sustainability and solidarity.

I think these three topics are also important for living together in a flat. I like to share food, to cook with/for each other, to take responsibility for household tasks and to talk openly about everything. Reliability and a certain degree of order and cleanliness in the common areas of the flat are the basis for this ;) Regarding WG finances and rent - the stated 400€ rent is a first guess - We can talk about how to divide the total costs (~1050€ warm) fairly/solidarily between us, taking into account our incomes and needs.

Sports that excite me: bouldering, climbing, beach volleyball and cycling.

For the last two years I have been living in the shared flat with David and it is very sad that he is moving out at the end of January. The Türmchen was an open living room for many people and groups and it would be a dream if it stayed that way. :)

Das Türmchen ist keine Party-WG, laut ist es manchmal trotzdem: ich spiele Trompete/Flügelhorn und höre gerne und oft im Wohnzimmer Musik zum Aufstehen, Kochen, Essen, putzen, mit Freund*innen... Manchmal wird auch in kleiner Runde gejamt oder mit der Band geprobt - das aber alles nur in Absprache wenn es allen gerade passt.
Am besten magst du daher auch viel Musik - oder noch besser - spielst selbst ein Instrument zum gemeinsam Lärm machen :)

Kein Platz in der WG ist für Menschen mit rassistischen, antifeministischen, homophoben, wissenschaftsfeindlichen oder anderen menschenverachtenden Ansichten.

The Türmchen is not a party flat, but sometimes it is loud anyway: I play the trumpet/flugelhorn and like to listen to music in the living room while getting up, cooking, eating, cleaning, chilling, alone or with friends.... Sometimes we jam in a small group or rehearse with the band - but only when it suits suits everyone. So it's best if you like a lot of music - or even better - play an instrument yourself to make some noise together :)

There is no room for people with racist, anti-feminist, homophobic or anti-science views in this flat.
