It is spacious, comfortable, nice and bright, offering enough room for all your things, and has wooden flooring and frames. (see pictures!)
Location:
The house is right opposite the Westbahnhof and one needs about 5-10 minutes to get to the city centre. Right in front of the door are 2 bus stops. Friedensberg and Paradies are both around 15 minutes away on foot and are both lovely locations to grill and chill at over the summer. Multiple supermarkets are also in immediate vicinity.
The most attractive plus point of the house is the view out of the kitchen window, especially when the sun is shining, when one can sit and enjoy the view with something to eat/drink.
You will be living with with Baha (39), who works and teaches at the Uni as an astrophysicist, and Yvonne (30) who studied intercultural communication and works with the AWO. Our new flatmate Mylene (31) is moving in April. Baha and Yvonne are quite busy over the week, but, either in the evening, or over the weekend, it's always been easy to find time to eat together, to grill in Paradies, take a walk or watch a movie together. Over the summer, we also like to go out and eat, or enjoy some ice cream, together. If one of us bakes/cooks, we like to share with everybody.
Since we are both working professionals, this is not a party-WG. We have a cleaning plan, 2 people clean every week, and the bathrooms and kitchen+corridors are split between the two. Since there would be 4 people in the WG, it can get untidy quite quickly, which is why it is important to leave everything neat and tidy once you cook, etc.
It would be nice, if you also had the same attitude towards cleanliness and tidiness.
Everything that you need to cook is probably already here on the shelves, and there is place for your things on the shelves and in the fridge. Certain common things are procured for everybody in the WG.
