The room has high ceilings, a plank floor and a window front to the south-east. There is also a large door to the large 20m² terrace. You have a fantastic view over Jena and a lot of light. There is also access to the terrace from the second large room of the apartment.
In addition, there is a garage in which the bicycles of the residents are stored. In front of the house, a car can be parked after consultation with the landlady.
The apartment is located in the Landgrafenviertel of Jena. Especially at night, it is very quiet here. Now that spring begins, you are awakened by sunrise and birdsong. It is only about 5 minutes to the center of the city and thus also good transport connections. The apartment has 3 rooms, one also 32 m² and one about 17 m². The total size of the apartment is about 110 m². The large terrace in the direction of the valley is used by both all residents. There is another large balcony to the rear, which is accessible from the hallway.
The WG life is rather quiet, due to the different working hours of the current residents. Those who need peace and quiet to study will find it here. The house, located in the green, will also contribute to the well-being.
Torsten (53) and Metin (26) currently live in the apartment. Torsten likes to cook and travels a lot by bike. He is moving out in the summer, probably at the end of June.
Myself (Metin) I am doing a PhD in electrochemistry in the nearby ZAF, I love practicing sports and eating healthy, I go to the gym very frequently, and like to socialize and spend some time with friends. Doing barbecues in the garden or chilling in the terrace in summer are things I like to enjoy.
We are looking for a friendly, communicative and relaxed atmosphere.
The kitchen was renovated a year ago. There is also a washing machine and a dryer in the kitchen and more tools are available.
We want a harmonious and relaxed cooperation. Therefore we are looking for a neat person who communicates openly, with pleasure also with creative will.
