Helles Zimmer in 5er WG

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Paradiespark und hat somit eine tolle Lage. Bis zum Park läuft man 5 min und bis zum Schleichersee keine 3 min. Auch in die umliegenden Berge kommt man zu Fuß von der Wohnung aus in ca. 30 min. Man kann also direkt von der Haustür aus loswandern. :)
Ansonsten erreicht man von uns auch schnell die Stadt, zu Fuß in ca. 10-15 min, mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 5 min. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist fast vor der Haustür und man ist in 5 min in der Stadt. Uni und FH sind beide etwa 10 min entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Stadt oder zwei Haltestellen entfernt (5 min).
Die Bahn fährt tagsüber im 10 min Takt und nachts im 30 min Takt.

The apartment is located directly at the Paradiespark and therefore is located in a great area. It takes 5min to walk to the park and less than 3 min to the Schleichersee. You can also do a little hike to the surrounding mountains in about 30 min. So you can start hiking directly from the front door. :) You can also quickly reach the city from the apartment, by foot in about 10-15 min, by bike in about 5 min. The tram stop is almost in front of the door and you are in the city within 5 min. University and FH are both about 10 min away. Shopping facilities are in the city or two stops away (5 min).
The train runs every 10 minutes during the day and every 30 minutes at night.

Wir (Marcell, 29, Toni, 24, Angie, 25 und Clarissa, 27) suchen eine*n nette*n, unkomplizierte*n Mitbewohner*in, der*die offen für ein entspanntes WG-Leben ist! Marcell studiert Medizin, Clarissa & Angie Interkulturelle Personalentwicklung und Kommunikationsmanagement und Toni fängt zum Wintersemester ihren Master in Soziologie an. Da Kevin nun leider mit Freund*innen zusammen zieht und uns deshalb verlässt, suchen wir eine*n Nachmieter*in, der*die Lust hat, Teil unseres WG-Lebens zu werden. Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG und verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen. Sei es zusammen kochen, Karten spielen, im Paradiespark gemeinsam mit Freund*innen den Abend ausklingen lassen, abends ein Bierchen/Weinchen zusammen zu trinken oder ab und zu mal eine Hausparty zu organisieren. Bei uns ist Platz für entspannte Abende oder Ausflüge, aber auch für Abende alleine im Zimmer, wenn man mal seine Ruhe braucht. :)

We (Marcell, 29, Toni, 24, Angie, 25 and Clarissa, 27) are looking for a nice, easy-going flatmate who is open to a relaxed flat-sharing life! Marcell studies medicine, Clarissa & Angie intercultural personnel development and communication management and Toni starts her master in sociology this winter semester. Since Kevin is moving in with friends and therefore leaving us, we are looking for a new tenant who wants to be part of our shared apartment life. We are definitely not only sharing the apartment to save money, but enjoy spending time together. Be it cooking together, playing cards, spending the evening with friends in the Paradiespark, having a beer/wine together in the evening or from time to time organizing a house party. With us there is room for relaxed evenings or trips, but also for evenings alone in the room, if you need your peace and quiet. :)
