Welcome to our cozy WG!
I am renting my room as I am moving to Italy to start my postdoc. The room is very comfortable and spacious. Probably some furniture could stay with you, this we can also discuss. It has windows and it is next to the kitchen in case you need a fast snack XD.
The flat has a big living room, where you can read, play music, watch TV or play some Nintendo. The kitchen is also spacious and it is fully equipped with an oven, a mini-oven, a microwave and dishwasher... We also have a washing machine in the bathroom which is rather big.
Everything you need is close! There is a bus stop 2 away, and the neighbourhood has a small supermarket, a bakery and a farmacy. A walk to the center takes less than 20 minutes.
Regarding my flatmate he is very nice to live with, he is clean and cares about the house. He is easy to talk to and live with, I am sure you won't have any problems.
