Das Zimmer ist mit 15 m² relativ geräumig, hat ein großes Fenster und einen großen Heizkörper. Durch die Lage im Erdgeschoss wird es im Sommer nicht zu warm. Der Teppichboden wurde neu verlegt und die Wände neu gestrichen. Alles in gutem Zustand
Den Kleiderschrank könntet ihr übernehmen wenn ihr wollt.
The room at 15 m² is relatively spacious. It has a large window and radiator. Due to it being situated on the ground floor, it stays nice and cool in the summer. The carpeting is new and the walls were recently painted, so the room is in a good condition.
You may keep the wardrobe if you want.
Ich mochte die Lage immer sehr, da man zu Fuß(10-15 min) oder per Rad(5 min) sehr schnell in der Innenstadt ist. Gleichzeitig ist aber auch der Weg in die Natur nicht weit. Nur wenige Minuten entfernt ist der Friedensberg, der in der Sommerzeit eine gemütliche Alternative zum Paradiespark mit guter Aussicht ist. Aber auch in den Wald ist es nicht viel weiter. Der ist zum Beispiel auch über den Radweg an der Leutra erreichbar, welcher in anderer Richtung ins Zentrum führt.
Der Westbahnhof liegt etwa 15 min Fußweg entfernt. Ein Norma befindet sich in 5 min Laufdistanz, der Tegut und die Goethe Galerie in 10 min.
Die Melanchthonstraße ist eine Seitenstraße der Lutherstraße, in der auch Busse fahren. Zur Haltestelle sind es 3 min.
I've always liked the location, since it only takes 10-15 minutes to walk downtown. Even faster if you go by bike(5 min).
At the same time, you also have the opportunity to enjoy nature within a few hundred meters. The Friedensberg is a pleasant alternative to the Paradiespark and even has a nice view, I really like it there in the summer.

Ich, Lukas, ziehe nach mehr als 5 Jahren aus Jena aus und würde gerne für mein Zimmer und meine Wg ein:e Nachmieter:In finden.
