Da ich ein Semester im Ausland verbringe, möchte ich mein Zimmer in dieser Zeit gerne untervermieten. Durch die Dachschräge ist es sehr gemütlich und mit 18m2 auch ausreichend groß. Ein Highlight der Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall die große schöne Küche mit Spülmaschine.
Die Dauer der Vermietung ist flexibel, du solltest aber zum 1.8. (Oder auch schon 24.7.) einziehen und zwischen dem 31.12.24 und 15.2.25 wieder ausziehen.

As I am spending a semester abroad, I would like to sublet my room during this time. Due to the sloping roof, it is very cozy and with 18m2 also sufficiently large. A highlight of the apartment is definitely the large, beautiful kitchen with dishwasher.
The duration of the rental is flexible, but you should move in on 1.8. (or even 24.7.) and move out between 31.12.24 and 15.2.25.

Das Stadtzentrum ist mit der Bahn entspannt in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, wer möchte kann natürlich auch das Fahrrad nehmen. Die Bahn fährt regelmäßig im 10 Minuten Takt und auch nachts noch stündlich.
Direkt gegenüber liegt ein Aldi, aber auch der Burgaupark mit einer Vielzahl an Geschäften und einem Fitnessstudio ist zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar.

The city center can be easily reached by train in 10 minutes, but you can also take a bike if you prefer. The train runs regularly every 10 minutes and also every hour at night.
There is an Aldi supermarket directly opposite, and Burgaupark with a variety of stores and a gym is also just a 10-15 minute walk away.
Deine Mitbewohnerin wird Miriam sein. Sie ist Anfang zwanzig und berufstätig. Natürlich wird sie an den WG Castings teilnehmen, damit ihr euch kennenlernen könnt. Sie ist ein sehr ruhiger und umgänglicher Mensch und das Zusammenleben mit ihr sehr angenehm.

Ich selbst habe einen Kater, der natürlich während meiner Abwesenheit und deiner Zeit hier nicht in der WG sein wird. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung vermutlich nicht für AllergikerInnnen geeignet.
