Partially furnished room (13m²) in "meadow look" in a shared apartment in Winzerla is going to be available in the middle of June 2015. The broad bed (145 cm), the closet, the desk and two case boards are in a very good shape and shall be sold to the new tenant (150 € asking price). We have a big dining-livingroom, a roomy kitchen, a balcony and a bathroom. The pleasant flatmates are a musical Student of German studies and a hard-working doctorand of biology. The apartment is excellent equipped with a washing machine, fridge, microwave, dishes, vacuum cleaner etc. You can walk to the green countryside in a few minutes and enjoy the nature. Moreover, you can walk to Norma in 3 minutes, to the bus stop in 4 minutes, to Rewe in 7 minutes, and to the tram stop in 8 minutes. During the week, the tram leaves every 5 to 10 minutes and reaches the city center in 10 minutes.
