mein Mitbewohner und ich suchen neue Mitglieder für unsere WG! Wir haben zwei schöne Balkone zu bieten und eine kurze Entfernung zu allem was dich im Zentrum Interessieren könnte (nur ein paar Minuten zum Campus z.B.). Nicht wundern, dass die Nebenkosten so hoch sind, dies liegt daran, das wir gerade zu zweit eine 4er Wg bewohnen. Also könnt ihr damit rechnen, dass die Mietkosten sinken, wenn die Wg wieder voll besetzt ist :) Also wir würden uns über jeden Interessenten freuen. Kommt einfach vorbei! Liebe Grüße

P.S.: Noch habt ihr die Möglichkeit, die echt bequeme Wohnung ohne Maklerprovision zu bekommen...also warum warten?
