12qm Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete in gemütlicher WG im Stadtzentrum.

Unsere WG liegt schön zentral in einem Hinterhof der Grietgasse.
Dadurch können wir alles zu Fuß erreichen und sind wir super an Bus und Bahn angebunden.
Der Paradiesbahnhof ist in 5-7 Minuten zu erreichen (je nachdem wie die Ampeln drauf sind), der Westbahnhof in ca. 10 Minuten.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind auch zahlreich innerhalb von 3-5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die nächste Einkaufmöglichkeit ist der neue Edeka am Holzmarkt (5 Minuten), aber zum Tegut, Aldi und Edeka Büto sind es auch nicht weit (max. 10 Minuten). Verhungern wird man bei uns auf jeden Fall nicht ;)
Auch zu den Hauptunigebäuden ist es nicht weit. Der Campus bei der Carl-Zeiss-Straße 2 ist in 7 Minuten zu erreichen, das Unihauptgebäude in 10 Minuten.

Our flat is located in the centrum in a backyard of the Grietgasse.
We are able to walk to everything important and public means of transport are easy to reach.
The Paradies train station is located within 5-7 minutes walk, the West trainstation within about 10 minutes.
Numerous stations for public transport are within 3-5 minutes walk.
If you want to grab some groceries the new Edeka at Holzmarkt is the closest (5 minutes) but Tegut, Aldi and Edeka Büto are also close by (max. 10 minutes). You won't stay hungry.
The university is also not far away, to the campus at Carl-Zeiss-Straße 2 it's only 7 minutes, to the main building it's 10 minutes.

Wir sind eine gemischte WG aus Studenten und Azubis.
Deine Mitbewohner wären dann Alex (macht eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker und kocht sehr gut), Sascha (studiert Physik und spielt gerne Gitarre), Lukas (macht eine Ausbildung zum Erzieher und spielt oft Schach) und Julia(studiert Psychologie und kommt gerade selbst von einem Auslandssemester zurück)
Dreh- und Angelpunkt der WG ist die Küche mit Balkon. Dort trifft man sich, quatscht und sitzt auch gerne mal abends in kleiner Runde. Auf dem Balkon wird geraucht.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, es ist aber natürlich komplett verständlich, wenn jemand sich mal zurückziehen möchte und seinen Freiraum haben will.
Wir haben einen gemeinsamen Putzplan, der auch eingehalten wird.
Bisher hatten wir immer eine sehr internationale WG mit Deutsch und Englisch als WG-Sprache, dementsprechend sind alle bei uns willkommen!

We are a mixed flat of students and apprentices.
Your roommates would be Alex (is doing an apprenticeship as an IT specialist and cooks very well), Sascha (is studying physics and likes to play guitar), Lukas (is doing an apprenticeship as an educator and often plays chess) and Julia(is studying psychology and just came back from a semester abroad herself).
The main area of our flatlife is the kitchen with the balcony. We meet each other there, talk and chill sometimes in the evening together. We are smoking on the balcony.
We do not want people that don't want to participate in the flatlife but it's completely normal and okay if you want your space and be left alone.
We have a cleaning plan which should be adhered to.
Until now we have had a very international flat with German and Englisch as the main languages. So everybody is welcome

Es ist möglich, den Mietzeitraum in Absprache(zum Beispiel bis September) anzupassen. Das können wir gerne individuell besprechen.
