Das Zimmer ist etwa 10 m² groß mit einer kleinen Abstellkammer, in der ein angepasstes Regal eingebaut wurde und das Fenster hat auch angepasste Gardinen. Zudem ist es ein recht helles Zimmer und es ist die meiste Zeit recht ruhig, was ziemlich gut ist, wenn man in ruhe lernen will.

The room is about 10 m² with a small storeroom and a fitted shelve inside of it. There are also fitted curtains at the window. It's a relatively light and quiet room making it suitable for undistracted studying at home.
Die Wohnung liegt in Lobeda West in einem Plattenbau so ziemlich direkt hinter dem Kaufland. Andere Supermärkte sind auch wenige Minuten Fußweg entfernt oder mit der Tram recht gut zu erreichen.
Die Tramhaltestelle Emil-Wölk Straße nur wenige Minuten Fußweg entfernt und mit den Linien 4 und 1 ist man in 15-20 min in der Stadt. Obwohl die Autobahn eigentlich nicht weit von der Wohnung entfernt ist, hört man diese fast nie. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt bei der Wohnung sind leider recht rar, aber in der Nähe der Haltestelle gibt es einen Parkplatz oder man fragt einmal bei JenaWohnen wegen einem Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage nach.

The flat is located inside a plattenbau behind the "Kaufland" in Lobeda West. There are also some other super markets in close proximity reachable by foot or by tram.
The tram stop Emil-Wölk-Straße is about 5 minutes by foot and with the lines 4 and 1 you are in the city in around 10-15 minutes.
Despite not being too far away from the flat, you cannot hear the noise from the highway most of the time.
However, there are few parking lots close to the flat. There is a parking lot next to the tram station of if so desired you can ask at JenaWohnen for a parking spot in the underground car park.
In der WG leben zur Zeit drei junge Frauen, von denen deine neuen Mitbewohnerinnen Anne und Ehlana, beides Studentinnen an der FSU, sein werden. Bisher ist unsere Wohngemeinschaft relativ Zweckmäßig, da wir ziemlich ruhig sind, aber wir sind offen für Veränderungen. WG-Parties veranstalten wir bei uns in der WG nicht, unter Anderem, weil die Wohnung dafür nicht ausgelegt ist.

In our flat share there are currently three young women living, the names of your possible future flat mates being Anne and Ehlana - both students at the FSU. Our living situation is as of yet more akin to a community of purpose, however, we are open for changes. The flat is also not really suitable for parties so keep that in mind.

Die 150 € Ablösekosten beinhalten das angepasste Regal in der Abstellkammer, die angepassten Gardinen, einen Anteil an der recht neuen Waschmaschine, sowie einen Anteil an den frischeren Neuerungen in der Küche. Außerdem kann - wenn gewünscht - das Bett für weitere 20 € mit übernommen werden.

Even though it says "net rent" the other costs like heating and internet are indicated in the price of 200 €. The 150 € include the fitted shelve and curtains as well as the shares for the new washing mashine and a few alterations in the Kitchen. If so desired the bed can also be purchased for an additional 20 €.
