Zum 1.8. zieht meine Mitbewohnerin aus und ihre beiden Zimmer - die wieder zusammen an eine Person vermietet werden sollen – werden frei. Das größere der beiden Zimmer ist etwa 20 qm groß und hat einen Balkon (rund 10 qm, Südseite). Das kleinere Zimmer ist 11,5 qm groß.
Direkt hinter dem Haus befindet sich eine Grünfläche, auf der gegrillt werden darf. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.
Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist etwa 7 Minuten entfernt (Haltestelle Platanenstraße). Von dort aus braucht man 14 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum und zum Uni-Campus.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi, Netto, Kaufland, Rossmann,...) sind ebenfalls alle gut zu erreichen.
Herd, Mirkowelle, Waschmaschine etc. sind vorhanden. Geraucht werden kann bei uns nur auf dem Balkon. Haustiere sind nicht erwünscht.
Der Mietvertrag ist vorerst auf Ende März 2014 befristet, kann danach aber eventuell verlängert werden.
