ab 15.08. wird in unserer WG in Lobeda-West ein Zimmer frei, das zum 1.09. bezogen werden kann!
Das 10 m² große helle Zimmer gehört zu einer 3er WG mit gemütlichem Wohnzimmer, Küche und Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und befindet sich im 3. Stock. Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem noch ein kleiner Abstellraum, wo z.B. Euer Fahrrad Platz finden könnte.
WLan und ein Festnetztelefon sind in der Wohnung ebenfalls vorhanden.
Zu Fuß benötigt man höchstens 7 Minuten bis zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Lobeda-West und ist mit den Linien 1, 3 und 4 sehr gut angebunden. Bis ins Stadtzentrum fährt man ca. 15 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Kaufland und Netto sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, ebenso sind eine Apotheke, zahlreiche Ärzte und andere Läden in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
