Hey,
in unserem eigenen kleinen Paradies wird ab Februar für ein paar Monate (evtl. auch länger/kürzer möglich) das schönste Zimmer der WG frei! :) Hier findest du alles, was du zum Wohlfühlen brauchst, das Zimmer ist warm, hell, geräumig und ruhig. Und wenn es dann doch mal zu einsam wird im eigenen Zimmer, dann gibt es da noch ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und eine große, voll ausgestattete Küche, wo wir uns immer über Gesellschaft freuen. Auf dem WG-eigenen Balkon können wir die Mittags- und Abendsonne genießen und unseren grünen Daumen ausprobieren. Ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine gibt es selbstverständlich auch!

Hey,
the nicest room of our flat is free for a few months (also for a longer/shorter time possible). You can find here everything you need to feel yourself comfortable. The room is warm, bright and quiet. Furthermore there is a fine living room with a TV and a big, fully equipped kitchen, where we are always happy about company. On the beautiful balcony we can enjoy the midday and setting sun and try our green fingers. Of course we also have a bathroom with bath tub and washing machine.
In drei Minuten kannst du die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichen, die dich schnell und zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit ins Stadtzentrum bringen. Es gibt auch einen herrlichen Fahrradweg für Naturliebhaber. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten für Autobesitzer und verschiedenste EInkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor Ort.

You can reach the public transport in a three minutes walk, the tram brings you to the city centre in 15 minutes, all around-the-clock. There is also a really nice cycle track for nature lovers. There are enough parkings for people with cars and a lot of different shops and stores directly in front of your door.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Michelle (Studentin, Soziologie und Strafrecht) und Lea (Studentin, Master Wirtschaftswissenschaften). Das WG-Leben ist ruhig, entspannt und unkompliziert. Gemeinsames Zusammensein wird genauso geschätzt wie Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Ehrlichkeit und eine offene Umgangsweise ist uns ganz besonders wichtig.

Your future flatmates are Michelle (student, social sciences and criminal law) and Lea (student, masters of economic sciences). The live in our flat is quiet, relaxed and uncomplicated. We appreciate beeing together as well as the possibilities to retire. Honesty and an open-minded communication is the most important thing for us.
