In unserer gemütlichen Wohnung wird ab Juni (auch früher/später möglich) das schönste Zimmer der WG frei! :) Hier findest du alles, was du zum Wohlfühlen brauchst, das Zimmer ist warm, hell, geräumig und ruhig. Und wenn es dann doch mal zu einsam wird im eigenen Zimmer, dann gibt es da noch ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit altem Fernseher und eine große, voll ausgestattete Küche, wo wir uns immer über Gesellschaft freuen. Auf dem WG-eigenen Balkon können wir die Mittags- und Abendsonne genießen und mit unserem grünen Daumen experimentieren. Ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine gibt es selbstverständlich auch!

In June the biggest and nicest room in our appartment will be free :) (also sooner or later possible). You'll find here everything you need to feel comfortable. The room is warm, bright and quiet. Furthermore there is a big living room with an old TV and a fully equipped kitchen. On the beautiful balcony you can enjoy the sun, dry your clothes or plant some flowers or tomatoes . Of course we also have a bathroom with bath tub and washing machine.
In drei Minuten kannst du locker die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichen, die dich schnell und zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit ins Stadtzentrum bringen. Es gibt auch einen herrlichen Fahrradweg für Naturliebhaber. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten für Autobesitzer und verschiedenste EInkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor deiner Nase.

You can reach the public transport in a three minutes walk, the tram brings you to the city centre in 15 minutes, all around-the-clock. It's also possible to go to the center by bike, there is a nice biking track next to the river. There are enough parkings for people with cars and a lot of different shops and stores directly in front of your door.
Momentan wohnen hier noch Lea und Julia, die beide in ihrem Master studieren. Das WG-Leben ist entspannt, ruhig und unkompliziert. Zwischenzeitig ist in Julia's Zimmer noch ihr Freund hier untergeschlüpft, solange er noch hier wohnt, zahlst du sogar nur unschlagbare 180 Euro Miete!! Voraussichtlich werden aber auch Lea und Julia demnächst wegziehen, das heißt, du hast selbstverständlich Mitspracherecht bei der Wahl der neuen Mitbewohner oder kennst vielleicht sogar schon jemanden, der gerne mit dir zusammenwohnen möchte!?

At the moment here are living Lea and Julia, both studying in their masters. Living in our flat is relaxed, quiet and uncomplicated. In the meantime also Julia's boyfriend found a shelter here and as long as he's still living here you only pay a rent of unbeatable 180 Eur!! But probably also Lea and Julia will move away sooner or later, so you'll own the privilege to be able to influence the decicion about who'll live here together with you!
