Hello beloved people,
one of the rooms in our flat will be available from August. The room is laid out well and faces the inner courtyard with our terrace, so you won't hear the street.
A special highlight of the flat is the large, bright kitchen-living room, which invites you to enjoy activities together -- from cooking to spontaneous game or movie evenings. There we also have a sofa and a dishwasher! We have two bathrooms (yes, two!), which is pretty handy in the morning. One of the bathrooms even has a bathtub!
Bicycle storage, a cellar compartment and a laundry room (2€ per washing program) are also available.
Together with energy, water and Internet the rent will be about 300€ in total.
The room already contains a bunk bed, a desk, a chair and several closets. The furniture should be tanken and would cost 150€.

Hallo lieber Mensch,
in unserer WG ist ab August ein Zimmer unbefristet frei. Das Zimmer ist gut geschnitten und liegt in Richtung Innenhof mit unserer Terrasse, wodurch du die Straße nicht hörst.
Ein besonderes Highlight der Wohnung ist die große, helle Wohnküche, die zu gemeinsamen Aktivitäten einlädt -- von Koch- bis hin zu spontanen Film- und Spieleabenden. Es gibt sogar ein Sofa und wir haben eine Spülmaschine! Ansonsten haben wir zwei Bäder (ja zwei!), was morgens ziemlich praktisch ist. Eines ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet, das andere mit einer Dusche.
Fahrradkeller, Kellerabteil und eine Waschküche (2€ pro Waschgang) sind auch vorhanden.
Zusammen mit Strom, Wasser und Internet beträgt die Miete ungefähr 300€.
Das Zimmer ist bereits mit einem Hochbett, einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und mehreren Schränken ausgestattet. Diese Möbel sollten übernommen werden und würden 150€ kosten.
The location couldn't be better at all. Shopping facilities (Edeka and Netto), the EAH and the Westbahnhof are just a stone's throw away. It doesn't take much longer to get to the university either.
You can walk to the city centre in less than 15 minutes or simply take a bus, from the bus stop just around the corner. Lines 10, 11 and 12 run in about every 5 min to Teichgraben, city centre.

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka und Netto), die FH und der Westbahnhof sind einen Katzensprung entfernt. Zur Uni braucht man auch nicht nennenswert länger.
Zur Stadt läuft man in weniger als 15 Minuten oder man nimmt einfach einen Bus, die Haltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke.. Die Linien 10, 11 und 12 fahren ca. alle 5 min zum Teichgraben, Stadtmitte.
Your new flatmates would be Anni (22, studies Chemistry-Energy-Environment), Nitesh (28, PhD student in physics) and Edna (21, cutting the vegetables).
Anni enjoys cooking together and having good kitchen conversations. Additionally, she likes playing board games, such as Settlers of Catan. She also enjoys cycling, is a scout, and plays Ultimate Frisbee.
Nitesh is a doctorial candidate working in the field of physics. Apart from music, movies and technology he also likes to be active and play sports for fun. He is the kind person who is respectful and likes to have fun time together.
Edna is studying social work and likes playing games (video, board, sports). She's a spontaneous an honest person with many hobbies and interests (theater, scouts, music, youth church (KSG), Jugger).
In our flat, we speak English. In some conversations we also exchange words in German but the predominant language is English.
We enjoy doing things together and would love to keep this tradition.
Sometimes we cook together, play games, or take an exciting trip to the recycling bin. We would love to cook with you and socialize longer in the evenings by watching movies or playing a beginners round of spikeball.
Of course, it's also very important for us that everyone has their own space. All activities are "can dos" but not "must dos".

Deine neuen Mitbewohner wären Anni (22, studiert Chemie-Energie-Umwelt), Nitesh (27, Doktorand in Physik) und Edna (21, schneidet das Gemüse).
Anni mag gemeinsames Kochen und gute Küchengespräche. Zudem spielt sie gerne Gesellschaftsspiele, wie zum Beispiel die Siedler von Catan. Sie fährt gerne Fahrrad, ist Pfadfinderin und spielt Ultimate Frisbee.
Nitesh ist Doktorand im Bereich Physik. Abgesehen von Musik, Filmen und Technik mag er es auch aktiv zu sein und treibt gerne Sport. Er ist die Art Person, die respektvoll ist und gerne Zeit zusammen verbringt.
Edna studiert Soziale Arbeit und spielt gerne Spiele (Video, Brett, Sport). Sie ist eine spontane und ehrliche Person mit vielen Hobbys und Interessen (Theater, Pfadfinder, Musik, Jugendkirche (KSG), Jugger).
In unserer WG sprechen wir Englisch. In manchen Konversationen fällt auch mal ein Wort auf Deutsch, doch die vorherrschende Sprache ist Englisch.
Wir unternehmen als WG gerne Dinge miteinander und möchten dieser Tradition treu bleiben.
Manchmal kochen wir zusammen, spielen oder machen einen aufregenden Ausflug zum Glasmüllcontainer. Wir würden gerne mit dir kochen und uns abends länger treffen, um Filme zu schauen oder eine Anfängerrunde Spikeball zu spielen.
Natürlich wird auch viel Wert darauf gelegt, dass jeder seinen Freiraum hat. Alle Aktivitäten sind ein "kann", aber kein "muss".
