Das Zimmer hat einen wunderschönen Rundumblick auf den Jentower (Westen) und den Jenzig (Osten).
Außerdem ist der Raum sehr gut isoliert. Im Sommer bleibt es kühl (es sei denn man öffnet all Fenster, dann wirds warm ;) ). Musik hören ist auch kein Problem, die Schallisolierungebenfalls sehr gut. Auch die Straßenbahn stört nicht.

The room is also very well insulated. In summer it stays cool (unless you open all the windows, then it gets warm ;) ). Listening to music is also not a problem, the sound insulation is very good. The tram is not overly noisy either.
Innerhalb 1 min. ist man an der Saale (Camsdorfer Ufer) und in 7min. im Paradiespark,
in 2 min. an Bus- und Bahnhaltestellen,
in 5 min. im LIDL oder in 12min. im EDEKA
in 8min. am UHG und in 15min. am Unicampus,
in 10min. in der Innenstadt.
Die Hügellandschaft Jenas ist natürlich auch nicht weit weg :D

Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Imke (20), Tim (23) und Tarek (29). Wir sind eine entspannte Truppe, die mal gerne was miteinander macht. Man kann sich aber auch jederzeit zurückziehen, wenn man lieber seine Ruhe haben möchte.
Es gibt keinen starren Putzplan, bislang hat aber alles auch ohne Plan geklappt.
Unsere Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt einen gut funktionierenden Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine und den Luxus eines Gästeklos - so gibts auch keine Probleme, wenn mal einer duscht ... ;)
Wir haben einen kleinen Wintergarten und einen netten Balkon mit Blick auf den Innenhof :)
Your new roommates are Imke (20), Tim (23) and Tarek (29). We are a relaxed group that likes to do things together. But you can also do your own thing, if you prefer to have your peace and quiet.
There is no rigid cleaning schedule, but so far everything has worked out without a plan.
Our kitchen is well equipped, there is a well-functioning dishwasher, a washing machine and the luxury of a guest bathroom - so there are no problems when someone takes a shower ... ;)
We have a small winter garden and a nice balcony overlooking the courtyard :)
