Gemütliches Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete, Zeiten flexibel (mindestens 2 Monate)

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Ecke Feldstraße / Karl-Liebknecht-Straße und damit auch keine Minute von der Bahnhaltestelle Ostschule entfernt. Die Schlippenstraße für den Busverkehr ist auch nur 100 Meter entfernt. Mit Bus/Bahn oder dem Fahrrad ist man in 6 Minuten in der Stadt, zu Fuß dauert es etwa 15-20 Minuten.

Ein Edeka mit Bäcker ist direkt um die Ecke und auch eine gute Pizzeria sieht man schon vom Küchenfenster aus.
Da wir quasi direkt am Fuß des Jenzig wohnen, ist man super schnell aus der Stadt raus und langen Spaziergängen oder Joggingtouren steht nichts im Weg. Mein Lieblingsplatz - das Camsdorfer Ufer - ist auch ganz in der Nähe und ein toller Ort für gemütliche Sommerabende an der Saale.


The apartment is located at the corner of Feldstraße / Karl-Liebknecht-Straße and also directly at the Ostschule tram stop. The Schlippenstraße for the bus traffic is also only one minute away. By bus/train or bicycle it takes 6 minutes to get to the city, by foot it takes about 15-20 minutes.

A supermarket with a bakery is just around the corner and a good pizzeria can already be seen from the kitchen window.
As we practically live directly next to the Jenzig, one is very fast out of the city and there is always the possibility for a long walk or a jogging tour.
My favourite place to be - the Camsdorfer Ufer - is also very close by and a popular place for cosy summer evenings next to the Saale river.

Da ich ausziehe, bleibt zunächst meine Mitbewohnerin Thea. Sie ist 21 studiert Umwelttechnik und ist ein super lieber und fürsorglicher Mensch. Bisher waren wir definitiv keine Zweck-WG. Wir sitzen oft und gern gemeinsam in der Küche, essen zusammen oder quatschen einfach nur. Natürlich bekommt aber auch jeder seine Ruhe, wenn er sie möchte. Und so würde sie sich das auch weiterhin wünschen! :)

Thea zieht im Ende Februar aus, weil sie ihr Studium in Jena fertig hat. Dafür zieht dann Philippa hier ein! Philippa ist 22, Jura-Studentin und eine sehr fröhliche und herzliche Person. In ihrer jetzigen WG kocht sie viel mit ihrer Mitbewohnerin und möchte das Miteinander auch hierher mitnehmen! Dass jeder auch mal seine Ruhe braucht, gilt für sie natürlich auch!

Du würdest dich hier also in Bester Gesellschaft befinden!
Und Besuch ist natürlich auch immer willkommen!



Since I am moving out, there is only my flatmate Thea left here. She is 21 years old and studies environmental Engineering. She is a super dear and caring person.
So far, we have definitely not been a purpose-built WG. We often like to sit together in the kitchen, eat together or just chat. Of course, everyone gets time on his own too. And she would like that to continue! :)

Thea moves out at the end of February, because she finishes her studies in Jena. That's when Philippa is moving in! Philippa is 22, a law student and a very cheerful and warm person. In her current flat she often cooks with her flatmate and wants to continue the Galette tradition! The fact that everyone needs quiet time too also applies to her!

You see! You'd be in the best company here!
And of course, Visitors are always welcome!
