About the flat:
We have a common hall with attached balcony, kitchen and bathroom. The hall is fully furnished with a huge sofa, coffee table and dining area. Kitchen has a ceramic hot plate, huge fridge, microwave, and backoven. The best part is that the kitchen has a window and cupboards. The bathroom has a bathtub, washing machine and a dresser. The hallway has a shoerack. The above-mentioned things are common for usage.
About your room:
It’s a beautiful bright 15m2 room which is completely furnished for your usage for the period of your stay.
Location:
The flat is in a beautiful community with lots of greenery and play-area. The supermarkets (Rewe, Lidl, Netto, Norma and Aldi), apotheke, Win centre and the Colombus centre are in 500m vicinity.
The tram and the bus stop are 5 minutes from the flat. You can reach the city-center in 10mins by tram and Burgaupark in 4 mins by bus or 10 mins by walk.
Flat share life:
You will have an amazing time staying with the flatmates. They are very friendly and always ready to help. Both are from India and we have a friendly environment in the apartment. Though we are busy with our own lives we try to make time for each other.
