Ich werde bald ausziehen und ich bin auf der Suche nach dem nächsten Mieter für mein Zimmer :)
Das Zimmer ist ziemlich geräumig und das größte in der Wohnung mit zwei großen Fenstern und den Möbeln auf dem Bild (Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl, Bücherregal, Kleiderschrank und eine Schublade). Tagsüber kommt Sonnenlicht durch die Fenster, aber die Vorhänge lassen kein Licht durch, wenn es nicht erwünscht ist.

I'll be moving out soon and i'm looking for the next renter of my room :)
The room is pretty spacious and the biggest one in the apartment with two big windows and the furniture included in the picture (Double bed, desk, desk chair, bookshelf, warderobe and a drawer). During the day the room can get pretty sunny but the curtains dont let any light through if it's not wanted.

Das Zimmer liegt sehr zentral - 3 Minuten Fußweg zum nächsten Lidl, 10 Minuten zum Ernst-Abbe-Platz und 3 Minuten Fußweg zu den nächsten Verkehrsmitteln (Tram 2 / Bus 14). Es ist auch ziemlich nah an Para, was im Sommersemester besonders schön ist :)

The room is pretty central - its in 3 minute walking distance from the closest Lidl, 10 minutes from Ernst-Abbe-Platz and a 3 minute walk to the closest transport (Tram 2 / Bus 14). It's also pretty close to Para which is especially nice during the summer semester :)
Deine beiden Mitbewohner sind wirklich chillig - einer ist Jurastudent, der andere Lehramtsstudent. Das WG-Leben ist ziemlich chillig, da jeder etwas zu tun hat, aber es gibt auch gelegentlich einen WG-Abend, an dem wir einen Film schauen oder einfach zusammen chillen.

Both your roomates are pretty chill - one is a law student the other a lehramt student. The WG life is pretty chill seeing as everyone has stuff to do but there's also the occasional WG-Abend where we watch a movie or just chill together.
Wenn du Interesse hast, schreib mir einfach hier :). Eine Besichtigung kann sowohl über Zoom stattfinden, als auch besten aber in Präsenz (in Präsenz wäre ein bisschen besser)
