Ich werde für eine Weile weg sein und vermiete mein Zimmer.
Das Zimmer und die Wohnung sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, vom Bett über einen Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kleiderschrank und mehr. Es hat ein großes Fenster und ist sehr hell. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über ein eigenes Bad.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Gemeinschaftsbalkon. Die Wohnung ist auch bereits möbliert, da wir ein schönes bequemes Sofa und einen großen Fernseher, Esstisch, etc. haben (Sie können in den Bildern sehen).
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort verfügbar.

Hello everyone!
I will be gone for a while and I am renting my room.
The room and the apartment are both furnished with everything you might need, from a bed to a desk, chair, wardrobe, and more. The room itself is very lit, as it has a big window. The room is very spacious and has a private bathroom.
As for the apartment, the apartment has a shared balcony. It is also already furnished as we have a nice comfy sofa and a big TV, a dining table, etc.. (you can see in the pictures). All the above stays in the apartment. In addition, the kitchen is very modern and well equipped, and we have everything you might think of, from a coffee machine, rice cooker to an air fryer.
The room is available right now.
There is a fast internet connection suitable for work from home which we share (25 euros each).

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Niehler Str. 322 in einem grünen und ruhigen Gebäudekomplex mit freundlichen Nachbarn, einer Reihe von Geschäften, Cafés und Restaurants und einfachem Zugang zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Es befindet sich auch direkt neben einem REWE.
Wir wohnen im Obergeschoss, also kein Lärm von oben.
Außerdem haben wir, obwohl das Gebäude nur zwei (3 für Amerikaner) Stockwerke hat, einen Aufzug.

We live at the upper floor, meaning there is no noise from above.
