Wir suchen Mieter für eine Wg-Zimmer-in Leipzig Gohlis-Süd. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hochparterre eines schönen, gepflegten Altbaus. Die Wohnung wurde frisch gestrichen und gerade wurde eine brandneue Küche eingebaut. Die Küche verfügt über einen Herd, einen Backofen und einen Geschirrspüler (der in den nächsten Tagen installiert wird). Wir werden die Wohnung außerdem mit einer Waschmaschine und einem separaten Kühlschrank ausstatten.
Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet.
Folgende Zimmer stehen zur Verfügung:
- Zimmer 2: ca. 11 m² - 300€ kalt, 85 NK 385€ warm

We are looking for tenants for a Wg-room apartment in Leipzig Gohlis-Süd. The apartment is located on the raised mezzanine floor of a beautiful, well kept Altbau. The apartment has been freshly painted and a brand new kitchen has just been installed. The kitchen has a stove, oven and dishwasher (which will be installed in the next days). We will also equip the apartment with a washing machine and a separate refrigerator.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
The following rooms are available:
- Room 2: approx. 11 m² - 300€ cold, 385€ warm

Die Wohnung liegt im charmanten Stadtteil Gohlis-Süd. In näherer Umgebung befindet sich zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Gohliser Schlösschen, der malerische Park Rosental, das Waldschutzgebiet im Leipziger Auwald und der Leipziger Zoo, die allesamt gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind.
Es gibt eine hervorragende Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Die Magdeburger Str. ist aber selbst eine ruhige Nebenstraße mit sehr gepflegter Umgebung, sodass die Wohnung ruhig gelegen ist.

The apartment is located in the charming Gohlis-Süd district. There are numerous restaurants, cafés and bars in the surrounding area. Particularly noteworthy are the Gohliser Schlösschen, the picturesque Rosental Park, the forest reserve in the Leipzig Auwald and the Leipzig Zoo, all of which are easily accessible on foot.
Despite the excellent connections to public transport, Magdeburger Str. is itself a quiet side street with very well-kept surroundings, so the apartment is in a quiet location.
