Ihr zukünftiges Zimmer ist bereits mit zwei Tischen, einem Stuhl, einem großen und nützlichen Schrank, einem Schrank und einem Bett mit einer bequemen Matratze ausgestattet. Your future room it's already furnished with two tables, a chair, a big and useful closet, a cabinet, and a bed with a comfortable mattress. You won't have to worry about furniture! The room is 17m², which is large, and the windows are huge. You have rays of light from morning until midday shinning in part of your room, so you can have a cozy breakfast enjoying the sunlight. You'll have beautiful lighting for the whole day! Not enough to bother you, but if you're more of a night person you can always set some curtains! The view is pretty and you have two trees right outside your window.

The flat is located at Johannes R. Becher Straße, 11. That's in the south of Leipzig, at a neighborhood surrounded by green areas - there's a lake! -, other students, and families. It's just a 3-minute walk (350m) to different options of supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, multiple stores, and to the Moritzhof tram station, where tram lines 11 and 16 will get you quickly to the city center.

Ihre Mitbewohnerin wird Angel sein, ein süßes 20-jähriges vietnamesisches Mädchen. Sie ist ruhig, höflich und sehr organisiert. Sie spricht auch Deutsch und Englisch! Und Sie haben eine Küche, die größer ist als die meisten Studentenwerk-Wohnungen! Es gibt sogar einen Tisch und eine Theke, so dass Sie Platz haben, um leckeres Essen zu kochen. Das Badezimmer ist klein, aber die Dusche funktioniert super und das Wasser erwärmt sich sehr schnell.

Your flatmate will be Angel, a sweet 20-year-old Vietnamese girl. She's quiet, polite, and very organized. She speaks Deutsch and English as well! And you'll have a kitchen bigger than most Studentenwerk flats! There's even a table and a counter, so you'll have space to cook delicious food. The bathroom is small, but the shower works great and the water heats up very fast.

At the buildings you will find fitness rooms, party rooms with kitchens as well as billiard and table tennis facilities, ensuring that you'll never get bored here. You have rooms with washing machines, lot's of space to park your bike and even your car, if you have one. You'll have cable/satellite television connection and internet connection - only via network cable, not wireless, but it's a very good 300GB per month internet. If you don't have a cable I can give you one (: Everything - heating, water, internet - is already included in the rent.
