Dein Zimmer ist 13 qm groß, hat ein Fenster, Dielenboden und geht zu einer Seitenstraße der Kohlgartenstraße raus. Trotz Nordseite ist das Zimmer hell und vor allem zur Golden Hour lichtdurchflutet. Das Zimmer ist gut geschnitten, sodass du viele Dinge unterbringen kannst.
Ansonsten haben wir eine zum Flur offene Wohnküche, in der wir viel Zeit zusammen verbringen. Wir haben große Lust, einige Ecken unserer Wohnung neu zu gestalten, wo du dich natürlich gerne einbringen kannst.
Your room is 13 square metres in size, has a window, floorboards and faces a side street off Kohlgartenstraße. Despite facing north, the room is bright and flooded with light, especially during Golden Hour. The room is well laid out so that you can store lots of things.
Apart from that, we have a kitchen-living room open to the hallway, where we spend a lot of time together. We're keen to redesign some corners of our flat, and you're of course welcome to get involved.
Unsere Wohnung ist in einem Haus, in dem noch viele andere WGs sind. Die nächste Haltestelle ist Reudnitz/Koehlerstraße mit den Trams 4 und 7 sowie den Buslinien 70, 72 und 73. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Kaufland, Penny, Rewe und viele kleine Läden auf der Eisenbahnstraße. Dort gibt es auch viele Bars und Essensmöglichkeiten. Drum herum gibt es viele Parks (z.B. Rabet, Lene-Voigt-Park, Elsapark, Lilienpark etc.).
Our apartment is in a house with many other flatshares. The nearest stop is Reudnitz/Koehlerstraße with trams 4 and 7 and bus lines 70, 72 and 73. The nearest shopping facilities are Kaufland, Penny and many small stores on Eisenbahnstraße. There are also many bars and food options there.
Unsere zwei geliebten Mitbewohnis verlassen leider Leipzig und dementsprechend werden zwei Zimmer in unserer WG frei (eins zum 01.08 und eins zum 01.10). Geteilt werden Essen, Haushaltsaufgaben und Dinge, die uns beschäftigen. Uns ist ein wertschätzender Umgang miteinander und Interesse aneinander wichtig. Für alle die hier wohnen soll die WG ein Zuhause sein. Wir haben einen gut funktionieren Putz-/Haushaltsplan und regelmäßige WG-Plena.Tagsüber sind wir meistens busy mit Lohnarbeit, Uni und verschiedenen Projekten, trotzdem treffen wir uns oft in der Küche für ein kleines Frühstück oder einen Kaffee. Abends kochen und essen wir oft zusammen. Wir haben eine gute Hausgemeinschaft und außerdem ein enges Verhältnis mit der WG gegenüber. Manchmal gehen wir zusammen was trinken, auf eine Party oder eine Demo. Im Sommer verbringen wir viel Zeit auf unserem sonnigen Balkon, sonst hängen wir gerne in der Küche oder auf unserer Couch ab.
Svea (sie/ihr, 22) schreibt gerade ihre Bachelorarbeit in Theaterwissenschaft, ist Pferdefan, macht kreative Sachen und ist lesbisch engagiert.
Cec (keine Pronomen, 27) ist Sozialarbeiter*in, ist Schweinefan, liebt Bubbletea, liest gerne 10 Bücher gleichzeitig und geht gerne früh ins Bett.
Bis Oktober wohnt noch Hanno (keine Pronomen, 26) bei uns und zieht dann nach Berlin. Hanno ist auch Sozialarbeiter*in, ist ein Outdoordyke-dad und Ruderprofi.
Our two beloved flatmates are unfortunately leaving Leipzig and therefore two rooms in our shared flat will become available (one on 01.08 and one on 01.10). We share food, household chores and topics we want to discuss. It is important for us to treat each other with respect and interest. We want the flat share to be a home for everyone who lives here. We have a well-functioning cleaning/household schedule and regular plenaries concerning the flatshare. During the day we are usually busy with paid work, university and various projects, but we often meet in the kitchen for a small breakfast or a coffee. In the evening, we often cook and eat together. We have a good house community and also a close relationship with the flat share opposite. Sometimes we go out for drinks together, to a party or a demonstration. In summer we spend a lot of time on our sunny balcony, otherwise we like to hang out in the kitchen or on our couch.
Svea (she/her, 22) is currently writing her bachelor's thesis in theatre studies, is a horse fan, does creative things.
Cec (no pronouns, 27) is a social worker, is a pig fan, loves bubble tea, likes to read 10 books at the same time and likes to go to bed early.
Hanno (no pronouns, 26) is still living with us until October and will then move to Berlin. Hanno is also a social worker, an outdoor dyke dad and a rowing pro.
Wir teilen alle ein großes Interesse an gesellschaftlichen und politischen Themen.
