Dein Zimmer groß, gemuetlich und hell. Durch die große Fensterfront, die suedwestlich ausgerichtet ist, hat man den besten Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang, viel Gruen und schoenes Abendlicht. Die meisten Moebel bleiben im Zimmer. Der Stuhl, der in den Bildern an dem Balken haengt ist nicht mehr da.
Du haettest insgesamt sehr viel Platz fuer deine Sachen.
Der Rest der Wohnung ist auch sehr hell und die Küche ist auch ein bisschen wie ein Wohnzimmer (Sofa und Fernseher vorhanden). In der Küche gibt es viele Kuechengeraete, die genutzt werden koennen.
Your room is big, cozy and has a lot of daylight. You can always see the sunset through the windows which are directed southwest. The most of the furniture is going to stay in the room. The hanging chair is not there anymore. You will have a lot of space for your stuff.
Die Wohnung liegt in Schleußig direkt bei der Könneritzerstr. und auch in der Nähe von der Zschocherschenstr. Die nächsten Haltestellen sind Rödelstraße und der Adler.
Du bist hier tatsächlich umrundet von Parks (Auwald und Clarapark) und auch der Auwald ist direkt in der Nähe.
Direkt im die Ecke ist auch der Kanal und die Entenbrücke.
Du hast es von Schleußig nicht weit in die Südvorstadt oder nach Plagwitz, Lindenau und die Innenstadt. Da kommt man überall gut und schnell mit dem Bus oder Bahn hin. Auch der Osten ist gar nicht so weit, wie es vllt scheint: mit der 60 oder der 1 kann man ganz schnell durchfahren.
Hier in der Nähe gibt es viele verschiedene Supermärkte und Drogerien und eigentlich alles, was man so braucht.
The apartment is located in the west in Leipzig in Schleußig. The apatment is really close to Koenneritzstr. and Zschocherschestr. The closest tramstation is Rödelstraße. It doesn’t take a long time to get to Südvorstadt or the east part of Leipzig if you take the bus 60 or the tram 1.
There are a lot of parks and green spots that you can reach by foot within a few minutes. (Auwald, Clarapark, Volkspark)
There many supermarkets and drugstores and everything else you could need.

Ich muss spontan nach Berlin ziehen und mein Zimmer wird frei. In das andere Zimmer in der WG zieht Maria im März.Sie ist aus Madid, aber studiert für 4 Monate in Leipzig und macht Erasmus. Sie spricht Englisch, Spanisch und ein bisschen Deutsch. Es ist natürlich ungünstig, dass ich jetzt auch ausziehen muss und das Maria sich hier gerade nicht selbst vorstellen kann. Jedoch könntest du sie ab Anfang März hier kennelernen und man kann bestimmt auch ein Facetimegespräch oder so planen. Ich finde sie super sympathisch und habe sie als einen sehr offnen, interessierten und lebensfrohen Menschen kennengelernt.
Grundsätzlich ist es so, dass das Zimmer bzw. Die gesamte Wohnung längerfristig vermietet werden soll. Das heißt, du hast auf jeden Fall die Möglichkeit länger zu bleiben und dir evtl., mit oder ohne meine Hilfe, nach Mai noch einen/eine weitere Mitbewohner*in dazuholen. Es ist geplant, dass die meisten Möbel in der Wohnung bleiben, aber das ist je nach Situation auch noch verhandelbar.

I have to move to Berlin in March and my room is going to be free. Maria, a student from Madrid is going to live in the other room from March to the end of June. Maria speaks English, Spanish and a little german. Iknow that it is inconvient that she can’t intoduce herself right now and that she can’t meet you in person before March. But I think if you want to you can still facetime. Maria is an outgoing, open, really friendly and interested Person and I really like her.
Furthermore the it is possible to rent the room longterm. After Maria left in June you could find (With or without my help) another roommate or rent the whole flat by yourself. I’m planning to leave the furniture in the apartment but that is negotiable.
