17 qm Zimmer zur ruhigen Hofseite. Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Badezimmern, großem Flur, 3 weiteren Zimmern und großer Küche. Die Küche ist unser Herzstück, hier würden wir uns gerne für Kaffee, Abendessen versammeln, unser Essen teilen oder viele bis alle Lebenslagen zelebrieren.

Wir wohnen am Wilhelm-Liebknechtplatz, direkt am Zoo. Hier fahren die Trambahnen 10,11,9 und 16.
Du bist zu Fuß in 7 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof, in 8 Minuten am Brühl/ in der Innenstadt, in 12 Min in der Uni und in 3 Minuten am Zoo und Rosenthal-Park.
Um die Ecke ist ein Konsum, ein Dönerladen und ein Bäcker und am Bahnhof findest Du eh alles.
Das Viertel (wir grenzen an Gohlis und das Waldstraßenviertel) ist eher ruhig und familienfreundlich aber dafür bist Du zwecks zentraler Lage richtig schnell im Osten/Westen/Süden und kommst auch nachts gut nach Hause.

Wir sind eine offene, soziale und gemischte WG aus Studenten und Berufstätigen. Bei uns werden zum 1.9. ZWEI Zimmer frei. Zurück bleiben Tim (Student), Tobi (Selbständig, Homeoffice) und ab und zu schaut Jonas (Berufstätig) vorbei, der zwischen seinem Job in Leipzig und seiner Freundin in Berlin pendelt. Wir haben eine große, gemütliche Küche. Wir wünschen uns keine Zweck-WG sondern ein aktives Zusammenleben inkl. Küchenbier und Kühlschrankfächern bei denen man auch mal zur Marmelade des Anderen greifen darf.

The flat itself has four rooms with two being free starting in September. The remaining occupants will be Tim (student), Tobi (self-emplyoyed, homeoffice) and the occasional guest, Jonas who lives in Berlin but sometimes drops by for his Job in Leipzig. We mostly meet in the large and comfy kitchen where we love to gather for beers and catch-up. We'd prefer a lively shared flat where rules will not have to be enforced to a tee but common sense should prevail.
