Das Zimmer geht zur Nordseite mit Blick in den Garten, ist dementsprechend nachts verhältnismäßig ruhig.
Wände & Tür werden selbstverständlich von der Vormieterin noch weiß gestrichen.
Der Garten ist zur gemeinsamen Nutzung des gesamten Hauses; erfahrungsgemäß sind alle Nachbar*innen offen und möglicherweise sogar erfreut, falls man Ambitionen zeigt, da Sachen zu verändern, anzupflanzen etc.

The window faces the north with view of the garden, so it's relatively quiet at night.
The walls and the door will of course be painted white by the previous flatmate.
The garden is for common use of everybody living in the house. From experience, all neighbours are open and maybe even glad if somebody wants to change or plant something.

Leider haben wir kein Wohnzimmer und nur eine sehr kleine Küche, dafür aber gerne die Zimmertüren offen.
In bisherigen Konstellationen waren wir alle immer relativ kreativ unterwegs und würden uns über eine Person freuen, die das wieder mit uns teilt. Dass es zwischenmenschlich passt ist aber natürlich wichtiger.
Einen Putzplan haben wir nicht und würden wir auch so nicht gerne einführen, was aber voraussetzt, dass alle selbstständig mal größere Putzaufgaben übernehmen, man die in Absprache aufteilen kann und alle ausreichend hinter sich herräumen.
Uns ist offene Kommunikation sehr wichtig, heißt im WG-Kontext vor allem, Probleme klar anzusprechen und bereit zu sein, gemeinsam nach Lösungen zu suchen.
Wir kennen uns schon seit vor der gemeinsamen WG, machen also gerne mal was zusammen. Wäre natürlich somit schön, wenn sich eine Person findet, die auch hier und da mit uns Zeit verbringen möchte. Sind da in der generellen Dynamik aber nicht festgefahren; das kommt dann auch auf die neue Mitbewohner*in an, wie das Zusammenleben aussieht.

Ich studiere aktuell Buch- & Medienproduktion an der HTWK.
Hobbymäßig bin ich sehr sprunghaft, aber alles immer möglichst kreativ und handwerklich: Malen, Buchbinden, Sticken, Schreinern, Tätowieren...
Ich gehe aber auch gerne feiern, auf Konzerte, rumstreunern...
Zoe (22 sie/ihr);
Frisch in der WG, frisch in der Gegend :) Aktuell am rumjobben, ansonsten schwebe ich irgendwo zwischen Couch-Kartoffel und ziellos rumlatschen, bevorzugt abends, auch gerne zu Veranstaltungen.

Unfortunately we don't have a living room and a very small kitchen, but like to keep our doors open.
Previously everybody living here has shared an interest in creativity, so we'd be happy to find someone who's into that as well; getting along on a personal level is obviously more important tho.
We don't have a fixed cleaning roster and wouldn't really want to start one, but this requires everybody to take on bigger cleaning chores by their own initiative every once in a while and sufficiently cleaning up after themselves.
Open communication is very important to us. We adress issues directly and clearly and are willing to look for solutions together.
We've known each other since before living together, so we like to hang out with each other. It would be nice to find someone, who would also enjoy spending time with us. In general our dynamic is not set in stone tho, it will also depend on the new person, what living together is going to look like.

I'm currently getting my bachelor's degree in book- & media production at the HTWK.
Regarding hobbys I'm changing couses very often, I'm happy as long as it's creative and crafty: painting, bookbinding, embroidery, woodwork, tattooing...
Every so often I also like to go to clubs, concerts, roam around...
Zoe (22, she/her):
New to this WG, new to the area :) Currently working part time, in my free time you'll find me either hanging in my room, going out to events (preferably in the evening) or just strolling around.
