Das Zimmer ist ca. 18qm gross und besitzt einen schönen Holzboden und zwei grosse Fenster, durch welche die Nachmittags-/ Abendsonne reinscheint. Es kann möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Stange, Kommode, Bürokasten) ohne Ablöse übernommen werden, falls erwünscht.
Die Gesamtgrösse der Wohnung beträgt 76qm und ist wie folgt ausgestattet:
• Bad / WC mit Dusche, Waschmaschine
• Küche (voll eingerichtet, Induktionsherd, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Ofen, Abstellkammer)
• Wohnzimmer
Dazu gehört ein kleines Kellerabteil. Im Innenhof und an der Straße gibts Parkmöglichkeiten.
Das Zimmer wäre ab dem 1. August 2024 zu haben und ist befristet bis Ende Februar 2025. Danach besteht die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung als Hauptmieterin zu übernehmen.

My room is about 18qm big and got a nice wooden floor with two big windows heading south. Hence there is a lot of sunshine during the afternoon/ evening. If wanted, it can be leased with all the furniture (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, cupboard) without any extra costs.
The whole flat is 76qm big and is devided in:
• bathroom/ toilet with shower, washingmachine
• kitchen (fully equiped, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, broomcloset)
• living room
There is a small cellar compartment too.
The room is available on August 1st till the end of February 2025.

Die Wohnung liegt an der relativ ruhigen Grillparzerstrasse nähe Wiener Strasse. In 2 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuss die Strassenbahn-Station 'Herz-Jesu-Kirche', wo die Linie 1 und 2 Richtung Bahnhof (3min) und Universität (27min) fahren. Billa, Hofer, Spar und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The flat is located nearby the Wiener Strasse. In 2 minutes walking-distance you can reach the tram station 'Herz-Jesu-Kirche' where line 1 and 2 is heading to the main station (3min) and the university (27min). Different shopping facilities are also around the corner.
