Die Gesamtgrösse der Wohnung beträgt 76qm und ist wie folgt ausgestattet:
• Bad / WC mit Dusche, Waschmaschine
• Küche (voll eingerichtet, Induktionsherd, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Ofen, Abstellkammer)
• Wohnzimmer
Dazu gehört ein kleines Kellerabteil. Im Innenhof und an der Straße gibts Parkmöglichkeiten.
Das Zimmer wäre ab dem 1. August 2024 zu haben und ist befristet bis Ende Februar 2025. Danach besteht die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung als Hauptmieterin zu übernehmen.
