The location is in the heart of Stadtfeld Ost, on Annastr. The Annastr. bus station is right in front of the house, Arndtstr. is 3 minutes away, and westring station is 5 minutes away. It is 5 minutes away from the main train station with the tram, or 20 mins by foot. You also have Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, and Kaufland nearby.

The WG: the WG has two bedrooms, a big bathroom and kitchen with balcony.
