Ich vermiete mein sehr schönes und im grünen liegendes Zimmer, welches zudem eigenem Zugang zu einem der beiden Balkone genießt. Der andere "öffentliche" Balkon hat Zugang von der Küche.
Die Wohnung liegt super nah zum (Uni-)Krankenhaus als auch ebenso nah zum Bahnhof von Pavia. Von hieraus gelangst Du z.B. in 20 Minuten nach Milano centrale.

Das Zimmer ist 15 m² groß und mit allem möbliert was eine Person braucht (Bett, Kleiderschrank mit Spiegeltüren, ein Schreibttisch und 2 Stühle. Ferner ausgestattet mit dem allseits bekannten und bliebten IKEA-Regal und nicht zu vergessen einer Klimaanlage.

The Wohnung hat 4 Zimmern, 2 Bäder, 1 große Küche und 2 Balkone. In drei der vier Zimmer wohnen meine liebenswerten italienischen Mitbewohner, welche alle sammt selbst Studenten sind. Also beste Voraussetzung echtes italienisch zu lernen! :)
Die Wohnung ist von einem sehr schönen und großzügigem Garten/Wiese umgeben und innen ist auch alles bereits vorhanden, was man braucht: als erstes natürlich WiFi/WLAN ;) , eine Waschmachine, eine Mikrowelle, ein kleiner Ofen, cooking robot, ein Toaster, Töpfe, Geschirr, etc. pp.

Das alles findest Du in der "Via Lovati". Das ist eine Nebenstraße der Via Aselli und trotz seiner guten Lage super ruhig und grün gelegen. Zu fuß in 5-10 Minuten gelangst man zum (Uni-)Krankenhaus als auch zur Bahnstation.

Die Miete beträgt 200 € plus 50 € (für Internet, Gas, Strom, Wasser, etc.) Alles zusammen also 250 €.

Affitto stanza ampia e luminosa con balcone in zona policlinico da inizio luglio a fine settembre, esclusivamente per questi 3 mesi estivi, la stanza sará infatti nuovamente occupata a partire da ottobre.
La stanza di 15 mq è dotata di letto (tra una piazza e una e mezza), armadio (a specchio, con due ripiani e appendi abiti), scrivania con due sedie, un mobile portaoggetti da parete e condizionatore.
L`appatramento è composto da 4 stanze singole (3 delle quali occupate dalle mie coinquiline, studentesse), due bagni, la cucina, due balconi (ad uno dei quali si ha accesso dalla camera, all`altro dalla cucina) e cantina (comodissima come posto bici). Il residence in cui si trova é inoltre circondato da un enorme giardino. Sono disponibili wifi e tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari (lavatrice, fornetto, microonde, robot da cucina, tostapane etc) come lo sono piatti e pentole.

L`appartamento si trova in via Lovati (una traversa di via Aselli) in zona molto tranquilla e poco trafficata a 5-10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dal policlinico.
L`affitto è di 200 € più 50 € di spese tra condominiali e utenze, quindi 250 € tutto incluso.

I rent my nice and with a lot of green surrounded room. It offers also a special balcony accessible from "your" room as well as a second to the nice green backyard accessible from the kitchen. The flat is very close to the policlinico and as well as to Pavia's train station which brings you in 20-30 minutes to Milano centrale for example.

The 15 m² room is furnished with everything one person needs. A bed, mirrored wardrobe, a desk and 2 chairs. Further on with the well known IKEA shelve unit and an air conditioner.

The flat is composed of 4 single rooms, 2 toilets, 2 balconies (one you can access from your room, the other one from the kitchen) and a cellar. Three of the rooms are already occupied by my very kind flatmates. They are students too.
The residence to which the flat belongs is surrounded by a big garden. Everything you could need at home is already available: such as WiFi/WLAN, a washing machine, a microwave, a small oven, a cooking robot, a toaster, dishes, pots etc..

The flat is located in Via Lovati (a side road of Via Aselli) in a very calm zone of Pavia at 5-10 min by feet both from the station and the policlinico.

The rent is 200 € plus 50 € (for WiFi, gas, light, water consumption etc). In the end 250 € everything included.

The room could be yours from the beginning of July to the end of September!
