Da ich während des Semester Breaks nach Hause reise, möchte ich für 2 Monate das Zimmer in einer 2-Zimmer Wohnung untervermieten.
- Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 M^2
- Im Zimmer gibt es ein Doppelbett, einen Schreibtisch, einen Tisch, einen 24-inch Bildschirm, zwei Stühle und einen Schrank.
- Mit einem anderen Mitbewohner geteilt:
- Küche mit einem Backofen, einem Mikrowellenherd , einem Reiskocher, einem Air-fryer, einem toaster, einer Waschmaschine, und einer Spülmaschine.
- Badezimmer mit Dusche, einer Badewanne, einem Föhn.
- Ein freier Parkplatz im Keller
- Ein Fahrrad.
- Rauchen ist im Zimmer verboten.
- Kein Kabel TV im Zimmer.

Since I am going home during the semester break, I would like to sublet my room in a 2-person apartment for 2 months. Below are more details about the room:
- The room is about 12 M^2 big.
- In the room, there are a double bed, a desk, a 24-inch monitor, a table, 2 chairs and a closet.
- Area shared with another guy:
- A kitchen with a big fridge, an oven, a microwave, a rice cooker, a air-fryer, a toaster, a washing machine, and a dish washer.
- A bathroom with shower and a tub. There is also a hairdryer.
- A spare bike from the landlord.
- A spare parking space in the basement.
- No smoke is allowed in this room.
- No TV cable in this room.
Stadtteil: Mannheim - Neckarau (ruhig und sicher)
Supermärkte: Direkt neben einem Rewe. Und Aldi, Penny, Denn’s sind lediglich wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
ÖPNV: 2 Haltestelle von Straßenbahn Linie 3 und eine von Bus 50 sind wenige Gehminuten entfernt
Wo die Wohnung liegt ist ein sehr ruhiges Gebiet.
