In unserer gemütlichen WG wird für das Wintersemester ein kleines Räumchen frei, da unsere Mitbewohnerin ins Ausland geht.
Das Zimmer ist mit ca. 12 qm zwar alles andere als groß, aber es passt alles rein, was man so braucht. Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Kommode - alle Möbel verbleiben während des Auslandsaufenthaltes in dem Zimmer und dürfen gerne genutzt werden.
Die Miete beträgt 154,50 € und umfasst bereits alles (außer GEZ).

For the duration of the winter term, one of our rooms is going to be for rent because our flatmate is going abroad herself.
The room's size is about 12 m², which is not exactly big, but everything necessary still finds its spot in there. All the furniture - bed, desk, closet - will be left there and can be used. That's what makes it ideal for people from abroad. :)
The rent is 154,50 € and already contains everything.
Wir befinden uns in der Nähe vom Stadtbüro. Damit liegen wir ein bisschen außerhalb, aber eine sehr gute ÖPNV-Anbindung und unschlagbare Einkaufsmöglichkeiten machen das locker wieder wett.
Die Buslinien 1, 2, 4 und 6 fahren regelmäßig im 15-30 Minuten-Takt von der Bushaltestelle "Stadtbüro", die von unserer WG aus in ca. 5-10 Fußminuten zu erreichen ist. Zum Südbahnhof kann man auch bequem in etwa 15-20 Minuten laufen.
Wir sind bestens mit Supermärkten ausgestattet! Tegut, Aldi, Lidl, Herkules, ein türkischer und ein russischer Supermarkt sind alle in der Nähe, genau wie zwei Bankfilialen (Volksbank und Sparkasse), Frisöre, Blumenläden, eine Eisdiele, etc.

We are located near Stadtbüro. Even though that means that we are not located in the centre of Marburg, there is still the option to access it very easily: Busses leave every 15-30 minutes and it takes only about 15-20 minutes to be in the city centre. The southern trainstation can be reached by walking in about 15-20 minutes.
We have easy access to a great variety of grocery stores nearby, including turkish and russian groceries.
Wir sind relativ gesellige Mitbewohner, die es aber auch wert schätzen, wenn wir Zeit für uns selbst haben. Wenn es die Zeit zulässt, machen wir gerne mal etwas gemeinsam (z.B. kochen, Sport, Spieleabend). Generell sind wir sehr ruhige Menschen und so jemanden suchen wir auch. Wir sind definitiv KEINE Party-WG. Es ist uns wichtig, dass auf Sauberkeit geachtet wird. Wer etwas schmutzig macht, sollte es im Idealfall auch selbst wieder sauber machen. Des weiteren sind wir alle Nichtraucher.

We are quite sociable flatmates, but we also enjoy to have some private time. If we do have the time though, we try to do something together (for example cooking, doing sports or boardgame evenings). We are quite calm people and we are looking for someone who is likewise. We are definitely NOT doing parties at home. But if you like we can go into a bar together.
Additionally tidiness is very important to us. Whoever gets something dirty is supposed to clean it, too. And we are all non-smokers.
