2x pro Monat kommt eine Putzfrau und sorgt dafür, dass Küche und Bad richtig sauber sind (trotzdem muß natürlich jeder selbst putzen).

Eine 4-Zimmer-Wohnung, nur 2min von S-Bahn Germering, wird zimmerweise als WG vermietet.

Die Wohnung ist mit großer Küche als Gemeinschaftsraum, Gäste-WC und einem großen Bad mit WC, Dusche und Badewanne ausgestattet.

Das Haus hat einen Garten, dort darf gegrillt werden!

Es stehen folgende Zimmer zur Verfügung:
grosses Zimmer (Nr. 1) mit eigenem Balkon: 700€
kleines Zimmer (Nr. 2): 600€

Zusätzlich fallen an:
Nebenkosten, Warmwasser, Heizung: 100€
Strom, Internet (WLAN): 50€
Putzfrau: 25€

Es steht eine voll ausgestattete Küche zur Verfügung mit Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Esstisch.

Die o. g. Preise gelten für Belegung der Zimmer mit 1 Person. Belegung durch Pärchen auf Anfrage.

Standort: 2min zu Fuss zur S-Bahn Germering. In 23min ist man am Hauptbahnhof in München oder in 27min am Marienplatz.

Die Zimmer sind innerhalb von 1 - 2 Tagen verfügbar (ich warte auf die Möbel und Einbau der Küche).

A 4-room flat will be rented room by room. All rooms are furnished with bed, wardrobe, table, chair, lamp, curtains. Additional furniture on request.

You can also rent without furniture (same price).

2 times per month a cleaning lady is taking care of kitchen and bathroom. You are still responsible for cleaning, but this way I make shure that everything is being kept clean.

The apartment has a big kitchen, guest toilet, additional bathroom with toilet (shower + bathtub).

The house is just 2minutes walk from S-Bahn Germering. You have your own garden, where you are allowed to grill!

You can choose between the following rooms:
big room (room no 1) with your own balcony: 700€
small room (room 2): 600€

Additional costs:
bills, heating, warm water: 100€
electricity, internet (WIFI): 50€
cleaning: 25€

The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, dining table, washing machine.

The above prices are for 1 room per person (preferred usage). If you are 2 persons (couple), please contact me for details.

Location: 2min walk to S-Bahn Germering. In 23min you can reach Munich main station, or in 27min Marienplatz.

The rooms are available within 1 - 2 days (currently furniture and kitchen will be moved to the apartment).

Furniture of the room: bed with mattress, wardrobe, table, chair

KVR included (you will get all documents needed for official registration at this address, your name will be printed on the letter box and on the door bell).

Supermarket is just 200 meters away. Good infrastructure with cafe, doctors is available.
