Die Wohnung liegt in der Preziosastr. ca. 500m vom S-Bahnhof "Johanniskirchen" (S8) entfernt. Mit der S8 ist man in 10 Minuten am Ostbahnhof oder in 17 Minuten am Marienplatz. Darüber hinaus gibt es diverse Buslinien (50 und 184).
Johanniskirchen ist Teil des Stadtteils Bogenhausen. Es sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden.
