Lisa und ich suchen jemanden für unsere WG in der Nähe von Poccistr/Goetheplatz.
Wir möchten idealerweise jemanden, der sowohl Englisch als auch Deutsch spricht - ich (Sarah) komme aus Nordirland und Lisa ist Deutsch. Idealerweise bist du auch berufstätig, denn dann kannst du mit mir zusammen Hauptmieter werden.

The room is on the ground floor, is unfurnished and is 27m2. Kilian (who is moving out) currently pays 820 eur including all bills. Kilian and I are currently joint main tenants, it would be great if you could then join this with me for a smooth transition. The room is very light and airy with 3 windows, located in a great area with a big cellar downstairs.
It is 3 min walk from Poccistr ubahn and approx 7 from Goetheplatz ubahn, on the U3/U6 lines (so it only takes 4 mins on the ubahn until you are at Marienplatz!). There are also many buses nearby and Theresienwiese ubahn (U4/U5) is approx 12 min walk away.
The Isar is 5 mins away by bike (15 mins by foot) which is lovely in summer.
We also live beside Bierkiste which is VERY HANDY for emergency beers when the supermarkets close at 8pm/Sundays. Edeka, Penny, Rewe and Lidl are also all very nearby. I personally really enjoy living in this area.
We are looking for an open-minded, clean and relaxed person to join our WG. We are both working at the moment: I am currently working for Microsoft (but will change soon to Adobe) and Lisa is creating the corsets for people with scoliosis. I am normally doing home office 3 times per week and Lisa is in her actual office.
We speak German with each other (with my funny Irish accent) and the WG language is currently German, however it would be great of course if we can speak English sometimes with each other!
I (@srhgrr on instagram) enjoy Isar walks, painting, drinking with friends, swimming and cooking. Lisa enjoys roller-blading, looking after her & her partners cat (does not live in the WG) and casual beers. Lisa is often not in the WG, maybe once a week for a few days.
It would be great to have joint cooking nights together; we would love to find a like-minded person! Of course aspects like respect and cleanliness are also important to us.

You would be joint main tenant with me and therefore ideally have a working contract.
One extra point: the estate agent wants to add a part to the contract that says once I move out, the whole WG will have to move out. I have to check if they are allowed to do this, however if they do it also should not be a problem - I will be signing a new job contract with Adobe (in Munich) and have no intentions of moving out (I love our WG).
Kilian will also be taking the fridge, washing machine and kitchen table with him, so we would have to search for one of these together. Although I have heard second hand they shouldn't be too expensive.
We can offer flat viewings in person and the opportunity to get to know us both together to see if the flat would be a nice fit. :)
