Die sehr gut geschnittene 3 Zimmer Wohnung mit großer Wohnküche befindet sich im Ergeschoss der gut gepflegten Anlage welches über einen Gemeinschaftsgarten und eine Gemeinschaftsterrasse im Innenhof verfügt, die du selbstverständlich mitbenutzen und wenn du möchtest auch mitgestalten kannst.

Dein Zimmer ist ca. 15 m² groß, zum Garten und ruhigen Straße orientiert und verfügt über einen Parkettboden und 2 große Fenster über die sehr viel Tagslicht einfällt.

Die geräumige Wohnküche, die mit beiden Fenstern zur ruhigen Gemeinschaftsterrasse im Innenhof orientiert ist, bildet den zentralen Gemeinschaftsraum in dieser WG. Du kannst hier deine Pflanzen und z.B. auch einen kleinen Tisch vor die Fenster Stellen und die Terrasse bei offenen Fenstern quasi als Erweiterung der Wohnküche benutzen.

Der breite Flur bietet viel Platz für Garderobe und Sonstiges.

Auch das Bad verfügt über ein großes Fenster, dass ein natürliches Lüften ermöglicht.
Die zwei Waschbecken und die darüberliegenden Ablagefläche bieten genug Platz für deine Badutensilien
Darüberhinaus hast du Platz und Anschlüsse für deine private Waschmaschine.

Im Waschraum im Keller gibt es auch eine Waschmschine und einen Trockner die du mit 50 cent Münzen betreiben kannst.

Im Keller befindet sich auch der Fahrradraum und das zu der Wohnung zugehörige Kellerabteil.
