Gesucht wird ein Mitbewohner / eine Mitbewohnerin für eine 2-er WG in München Giesing, ca. 5 min. zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Giesing (U-Bahn, Tram, Bus, S-Bahn). Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind zu Fuß innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen, zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man mit der U-Bahn ca. 15 Min.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert (Schreibtisch, Schrank, Bett). Zur WG gehört eine - ebenfalls vollmöblierte - Wohnküche mit Beamer, Balkon, Waschmaschine und voll ausgestatteter Küche (inkl. Geschirrspüler, Staubsauger-Roboter und Siebträger-Kaffeemaschine).
Unterm Strich musst du nichts mitbringen, was du nicht auch in ein Hotel mitnehmen würdest.
