Die Wohnung, befindet sich im 2. OG (oberstes Geschoss) eines 3-geschossigen Mehrfamilienhauses in zentraler Stadtlage. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf, Ärzte, Banken und Schulen sind in der Umgebung vorhanden. Hoher Freizeitwert ist durch den nahegelegenen Pasinger Stadtpark, TSG Pasing und die Pasinger Arcaden gegeben. Die öffentliche Anbindung an die Münchener City erfolgt durch die ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernte S-Bahn-Station und gleichnamige Busstation „Westkreuz“.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (top floor) of a 3-storey apartment building in a central city location. All shopping facilities for daily needs, doctors, banks and schools are available in the surrounding area. The nearby Pasinger Stadtpark, TSG Pasing and the Pasinger Arcaden provide a high recreational value. Public transport links to Munich city center are provided by the "Westkreuz" S-Bahn station and bus station of the same name, which are approx. 5 minutes' walk away.
Aufgrund dessen, dass wir einige WG-Zimmer vermieten ist eine WG-Neugründung für "Neu"-Münchener eine gute Alternative um hier den Anschluss zu finden und private Kontakte zu knüpfen.
Unsere WGs sind sehr unkompliziert und jeder Mitbewohner lebt sich erfahrungsgemäß sehr schnell ein.
Ein respektvoller Umgang miteinander ist uns als Vermieter äußerst wichtig.
