ich suche eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in für ein helles 19 qm großes Zimmer in einer 2er-WG (69qm Altbauwohnung) auf derzeit noch unbestimmte Zeit. Das Zimmer hat einen wunderschönen alten Parkettboden mit Fischgrätenmuster und möbliert.
Die Wohnung beinhaltet eine große Wohnküche, ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht (Herd, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine) sowie ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit Couch und TV.
Wer Interesse hat meldet sich einfach bei mir, ich würde mich freuen. Gerne auch direkt per Whatsapp!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür & die U-Bahnstation Laimer Platz ist ca. 400 m entfernt. Die S-Bahn Station Laim befindet sich ca 900 m von der Wohnung weg.
Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe (200m von der Wohnung entfernt).
