Hello everyone!
I'm leaving my 21m² bright room in a friendly WG with view of Sendliger Park and we are looking for a new tenant to take it over!
The room has direct access to the balcony.
I'll sell to you my bed, couch, closet, little table & TV for 200 euros :)
The apartment has a stove w/oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and a washing machine.
The apartment is located 5 minutes walking away from the S-bahn station Mittersendling. Right in front you can find the bus station Neuhofen. It is also ~12 minutes walking from the U-bahn stations Harras, Obersendling, Brudermühlstraße and Thalkirchen (Tierpark).
The apartment is located right in front of Sendlinger Park and 15 minutes walking away from the Flaucher.
Rewe is 4 minutes walking away.
We are a friendly WG with a mix of students and workers, so everyone has their own rhythm.
We enjoy cooking together, sharing a beer, coffee or tee, or just sitting down and chatting from time to time. We also respect each other's privacy, so you can stay in your room if you want and you won't be disturbed :)
About our flatmates:
- Dave: He is 27, comes from Albania and is a physiotherapist. Likes cooking, reading and playing video games. Always up for a beer with the flatmates. Speaks English, Albanian and is learning German.
- Esther: She is 22 and is from Spain. She is studying a masters on Neuroscience at TUM and is working part time in a research lab. Likes doing sports, watching movies and cooking. She is also open to cook and grab a beer with the flatmates from time to time.
- Mehdi: He is 23 and comes from Marokko. He is doing his master in Biomedicine at TUM and is a working student at a biomedicine equipment Company. He likes going hiking, swimming and watching TV Series. He is also aways up to grab a beer with the roommates.
The contract is valid until 30.04.2022. It might be able to get extended, but that needs to be checked with the Landlord.
