Das Zimmer ist ca. 27m^2 groß mit zweiten großen Fenstern und dunkle Vorhänge. Das Zimmer ist möbeliert (Kommode, Bett, Schreibtisch, Monitor, Pflanzen, Essentisch, Sofa)
Zur weiteren Mitbenutzung gehört die Küche (Backofen, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank), Bad und eine kleine Gaderobe.
The room is approximately 27m^2 with two large windows and curtains. The room is furnished (dresser, bed, desk, monitor, plants, table for eating, couch )
The kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer), bathroom and a small cloakroom are also shared.
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen der Maxvorstadt und ist sehr gut angebunden mit Tram und Bus
(Schellingstr.) direkt vor der Tür und U-bahn in 5
Gehminuten entfernt (U6/U3 Universität).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowei Restaurant und Bars sind im direkten Umfeld der Wohnung. Der Englische Garten ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreicht sowie der Odeonsplatz und Stachus.
Da das Zimmer auf die Schellingstr zeigt kann es auch mal etwas lauter sein durch Autos oder Leute auf der Straße. Das Zimmer ist somit für Menschen die einen leichten Schlaf haben nichts.
The apartment is located in the heart of
Maxvorstadt and is very well connected with tram and bus (Schellingstr.) directly in front of the door and subway in 5 minutes walking distance (U6/U3
University). Shopping facilities as well as restaurants and bars are in the direct vicinity of the apartment. The English Garden is 5 minutes away by bike as well as the Odeonsplatz and Stachus.
As the room faces Schellingstr it can be a bit noisy from cars or people on the street. The room is therefore nothing for people who have a light sleep.
Ich bin 34 Jahre alt. Seit Juni 2022 Jahr, wohne und arbeite ich hier in München und verbringe viel Zeit deutsch zu lernen, da ich erst seit zwei Jahre in Deutschland wohne. In meiner Freizeit mache in gerne Sport, Meditieren, Lesen, Restaurant ausprobieren und Spazierengehen.
Ich wohne mit meine Mitbewohnerin, sie ist 32 Jahre alt.
Sie hat relativ gleiche Interesse und mit ihr wirst du in der Wohnung leben.
Wir brauchen abends einen Rückzugsort an dem es ruhig ist und wir runter kommen können. Ich suche deshalb eine ruhige und rücksichtsvolle Person, außerdem lege ich großen Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit. Ansonsten sind meine Mitbewohnerin und ich sehr umgänglichen Personen and wir freuen uns über den einen oder anderen Ratsch.
Du kannst sehr gerne persönlich vorbeikommen und dir einen Eindruck von dem Zimmer und natürlich uns machen :)
I am 34 years old. Since June 2022 year, I live and work here in Munich and spend a lot of time learning German, as I have only been living in Germany for two years. In my free time I like to do sports, meditate, read, try out restaurants and go for walks.
I live with my roommate, she is 32 years old.
She has relatively same interest and with her you will live in the apartment.
We need a retreat in the evening where it is quiet and we can calm down. I am therefore looking for a quiet and considerate person, I also attach great importance to order and cleanliness. Apart from that, my roommate and I are very sociable people and we are happy to have a chat or two.
