The appartment has 3 rooms. My room which is about 13 m2 is available from 14 July until 27 August (other dates can be discussed). The appartment has 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen shared with my 2 other roommates. It is located in the 4th floor.
The U-bahn station “Frankfurter Ring” is located 1 min (150 meters) from the appartment. There are also a lot of bus stations situated at 1 min distance.
Lidl, Aldi, Edeka and Norma supermarkets are next to the appartment.
Olympiapark is only 20min walking.
Theresa is 27 years old and she’s working as an Assistant in a Law Firm. She’s calm and very nice. She’s German and she also speas English and a bit of French.
Leo is 26 years old and he’s doing an intership while doing his Master Thesis in Geology. He is also chill and very cool. He speaks perfecr English, German and Taiwanese.
I am looking for a calm and respectful person that wants to take my room during the 6 weeks I’ll be away.
The price is 550€ (all costs included) per month, 810€ all the period from 14th July until 17th August.
