La habitación está disponible a mediados de julio.
La habitación es acogedora y tiene, como el resto del apartamento, un antiguo piso Dielen que hace que la habitación se vea muy brillante.
Tiene una ligera pendiente en un lado, que sin embargo termina por encima de la altura del elemento de calefacción. La ventana muestra en una calle tranquila para que puedas dormir con ventana abierta sin problemas. Los muebles se quedan completamente en la habitación. Las plantas pueden cuidarse, de lo contrario puedo compartirlas con amigos:)

Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und verfügt, auch so wie der Rest der Wohnung, über einen alten Dielen-Boden, der das Zimmer richtig schön hell erscheinen lässt.
Es hat eine leichte Schräge auf der einen Seite, die jedoch über Heizkörperhöhe endet. Das Fenster zeigt auf eine stille Straße, sodass man ohne Probleme mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Die Möbel bleiben vollständig im Zimmer. Um die Pflanzen kann sich gerne gekümmert werden, ansonsten kann ich sie aber auch an Freunde weitergeben:)

The room is cosy and has an old floorboard that makes the room appear really bright.
It has a slight slope on one side, but this ends above radiator height. The window faces a quiet street, so you can sleep with the window open without any problems. All the furniture remains in the room. The plants can be taken care of, otherwise I can also give them to friends:)
El apartamento está situado en una zona tranquila entre Hammerstraße y Weseler. La casa es un antiguo edificio con ventanas de cristal coloridas en la escalera :) La bicicleta es aprox. 7 min en la estación principal o en el centro. La siguiente parada de autobús también está a 3 minutos a pie, también hay una red y panadero. El Rewe y todas las otras posibilidades de caminar en Hammerstraße también se pueden alcanzar con un salto de gato. Si te gusta ir a correr, el aasee se ofrece.

El apartamento está situado en un barrio tranquilo entre Hammerstraße y Weseler. La casa es un antiguo edificio con ventanas de cristal coloridas en la escalera :) Dependiendo de lo rápido que pedalea, puede estar en la estación principal o en el centro de la ciudad en unos 7 minutos en bicicleta. La parada de autobús más cercana está a tan sólo 3 minutos a pie, y por lo tanto hay un supermercado y panadería netos allí. El supermercado Rewe y todas las demás instalaciones comerciales de Hammerstraße están a tiro de piedra. Si te gusta ir a correr, el lago Aasee es una gran opción.
Die Wohnung ist in einem ruhigen Viertel zwischen Hammerstraße und Weseler gelegen. Das Haus ist ein Altbau mit bunten Glasfenstern im Treppenhaus :) Mit dem Fahrrad ist man je nach Tretgeschwindigkeit in ca. 7 Min beim Hauptbahnhof oder in der Innenstadt. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es auch gerade mal 3 Gehminuten, genau dort befindet sich auch ein Netto und Bäcker. Der Rewe und alle sonstigen Bummelmöglichkeiten auf der Hammerstraße ist auch mit einem Katzensprung zu erreichen. Wenn du gerne Joggen gehst, bietet sich der Aasee an.

The flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood between Hammerstraße and Weseler. The house is an old building with colourful glass windows in the stairwell :) Depending on how fast you pedal, you can be at the main station or in the city centre in about 7 minutes by bike. The nearest bus stop is also just a 3-minute walk away, and there is also a Netto supermarket and bakery right there. The Rewe supermarket and all other shopping facilities on Hammerstraße are also just a stone's throw away. If you like to go jogging, the Aasee lake is a great option.
Das WG-Leben findet hauptsächlich in der liebenswerten Wohnküche stat und ist sehr herzlich und entspannt. Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner*innen sind Laura (21, Design), Paula (25, Jura) und Zoé (22, calvo Soziale Arbeit).
Laura erhöht mit ihrer Präsenz auf jeden Fall die Punk-Attitude der WG. Mit ihr kan man stundenlang über Garagen-Finds, schräge YouTube-Videos und andere wichtige Lebensfragen philosophieren. Außerdem zeigt sie dir bestimmt gerne eins ihrer coolen Design Projekte, an denen sie den ganzen Tag arbeitet.
Paula studiert Jura muss daher leider viel Zeit in der bib verbringen. Sie prokrastiniert gerne, indem sie veganen Kuchen backt, und ist ansonsten immer ready für Ausflüge zum Secondhand-Laden, ins Kino oder zum Kaffeetrinken ins Café.
Zoe wohnt mittlerweile seit genau einem Jahr hier in der süßen WG. Sie geht regelmäßig ins Gym, spielt in ihrer Freizeit gerne Fußball, Padel-Tennis oder geht schwimmen
Wenn alles nach Plan läuft, wechselt sie im Wintersemester von der Uni an die FH und startet mit dem Studiengang Soziale Arbeit.

La vida en el piso compartido tiene lugar principalmente en la cocina acogedora y es muy cálida y relajada. Sus futuros compañeros de piso son Laura (21, diseño), Paula (25, ley) y Zoé (22, pronto para estudiar trabajo social).
Laura definitivamente añade a la actitud punk de la parte plana con su presencia. Puedes filosofía con ella durante horas sobre hallazgos de garaje, videos de YouTube raros y otros problemas importantes de la vida. También estará feliz de mostrarte uno de sus proyectos de diseño fresco que trabaja todo el día.
Paula está estudiando la ley, así que desafortunadamente tiene que pasar mucho tiempo en el báculo. Le gusta procrastinar horneando pasteles veganos y está siempre listo para viajar a la tienda de segunda mano, el cine o un café en la cafetería.
Zoe ha estado viviendo aquí en la linda cuota plana por exactamente un año. Ella va regularmente al gimnasio y disfruta jugando fútbol, paddle tenis y nadando en su tiempo libre 😎
Si todo va según el plan, se transferirá de la universidad para iniciar el programa de titulación social.

Life in the shared flat mainly takes place in the cosy kitchen and is very warm and relaxed. Your future flatmates are Laura (21, design), Paula (25, law) and Zoé (22, soon to study social work).
Laura definitely adds to the punk attitude of the flat share with her presence. You can philosophise with her for hours about garage finds, weird YouTube videos and other important life issues. She'll also be happy to show you one of her cool design projects that she works on all day.
Paula is studying law, so unfortunately she has to spend a lot of time in the bib. She likes to procrastinate by baking vegan cakes and is otherwise always ready for trips to the second-hand shop, the cinema or a coffee at the café.
Zoe has been living here in the cute flat share for exactly one year now. She regularly goes to the gym and enjoys playing football, paddle tennis and swimming in her free time 😎
If everything goes according to plan, she will transfer from university to start the social work degree programme.
Con la casa vive una pareja que raramente ves, y en la planta baja una familia muy agradable con dos hijos, con los que también entendemos muy bien.
De lo contrario nuestra lavadora está en el sótano y tenemos un lavavajillas muy lujoso. El alquiler es de 5 euros por mes, de lo contrario el alquiler está todo dentro.

Mit im Haus wohnt ein Pärchen, das man selten sieht, und im Erdgeschoss eine sehr nette Familie mit zwei Söhnen, mit der wir uns auch sehr gut verstehen.
Ansonsten ist unsere Waschmaschine im Keller und wir haben eine sehr luxuriöse Spülmaschine. Auf die Miete kommen monatlich nochmal 5 Euro Internet drauf, ansonsten ist die Miete all in.

We have a couple living in the house who we rarely see and a very nice family with two sons on the ground floor, with whom we get on very well.
Apart from that, our washing machine is in the basement and we have a very luxurious dishwasher. We add another 5 euros a month for internet to the rent, otherwise the rent is all-in.
