Queere WG in Top Lage

The apartment is located in a quiet area between Hammerstraße and Weseler. The house is an old building with colorful glass windows in the staircase :) The bicycle is approx. 7 min at the main station or downtown. The next bus stop is also a 3 minute walk, there is also a net and baker. The Rewe and all other walking possibilities on Hammerstraße can also be reached with a cat jump. If you like to go jogging, the aasee offers itself.

The flat is located in a quiet neighborhood between Hammerstraße and Weseler. The house is an old building with colourful glass windows in the stairwell :) Depending on how fast you pedal, you can be at the main station or in the city centre in about 7 minutes by bike. The nearest bus stop is so just a 3-minute walk away, and there is thus a net supermarket and bakery right there. The Rewe supermarket and all other shopping facilities on Hammerstraße are just a stone's throw away. If you like to go jogging, the Aasee lake is a great option.

Die Wohnung ist in einem ruhigen Viertel zwischen Hammerstraße und Weseler gelegen. Das Haus ist ein Altbau mit bunten Glasfenstern im Treppenhaus :) Mit dem Fahrrad ist man je nach Tretgeschwindigkeit in ca. 7 Min beim Hauptbahnhof oder in der Innenstadt. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es auch gerade mal 3 Gehminuten, genau dort befindet sich auch ein Netto und Bäcker. Der Rewe und alle sonstigen Bummelmöglichkeiten auf der Hammerstraße ist auch mit einem Katzensprung zu erreichen. Wenn du gerne Joggen gehst, bietet sich der Aasee an.

Das WG-Leben findet hauptsächlich in der liebenswerten Wohnküche statt und ist sehr herzlich und entspannt. Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner*innen sind Laura (21, Design), Paula (25, Jura) und Zoé (22, bald Soziale Arbeit).

Laura erhöht mit ihrer Präsenz auf jeden Fall die Punk-Attitude der WG. Mit ihr kann man stundenlang über Garagen-Finds, schräge YouTube-Videos und andere wichtige Lebensfragen philosophieren. Außerdem zeigt sie dir bestimmt gerne eins ihrer coolen Design Projekte, an denen sie den ganzen Tag arbeitet.

Paula studiert Jura muss daher leider viel Zeit in der bib verbringen. Sie prokrastiniert gerne, indem sie veganen Kuchen backt, und ist ansonsten immer ready für Ausflüge zum Secondhand-Laden, ins Kino oder zum Kaffeetrinken ins Café.

Zoe wohnt mittlerweile seit genau einem Jahr hier in der süßen WG. Sie geht regelmäßig ins Gym, spielt in ihrer Freizeit gerne Fußball, Padel-Tennis oder geht schwimmen 😎
Wenn alles nach Plan läuft, wechselt sie im Wintersemester von der Uni an die FH und startet mit dem Studiengang Soziale Arbeit.

Life in the shared flat mainly takes place in the cosy kitchen and is very warm and relaxed. Your future flatmates are Laura (21, design), Paula (25, law) and Zoé (22, soon to study social work).

Laura definitely adds to the punk attitude of the flat share with her presence. You can philosophise with her for hours about garage finds, weird YouTube videos and other important life issues. She'll also be happy to show you one of her cool design projects that she works on all day.

Paula is studying law, so unfortunately she has to spend a lot of time in the bib. She likes to procrastinate by baking vegan cakes and is otherwise always ready for trips to the second-hand shop, the cinema or a coffee at the café.

Zoe has been living here in the cute flat share for exactly one year now. She regularly goes to the gym and enjoys playing football, paddle tennis and swimming in her free time 😎
If everything goes according to plan, she will transfer from university to start the social work degree programme.

With the house lives a couple that you rarely see, and on the ground floor a very nice family with two sons, with whom we also understand very well.
Otherwise our washing machine is in the basement and we have a very luxurious dishwasher. The rent is 5 Euros per month, otherwise the rent is all in.

Mit im Haus wohnt ein Pärchen, das man selten sieht, und im Erdgeschoss eine sehr nette Familie mit zwei Söhnen, mit der wir uns auch sehr gut verstehen.
Ansonsten ist unsere Waschmaschine im Keller und wir haben eine sehr luxuriöse Spülmaschine. Auf die Miete kommen monatlich nochmal 5 Euro Internet drauf, ansonsten ist die Miete all in.
