Hi everyone,
I am looking for a new tenant for my room in Untermenzing starting from September. The room itself is next to the living room and has two large windows, making it very bright. The room is L-shaped with one corner large enough to accommodate a double bed or large closet.
The bungalow is located in a quiet street in Untermenzing with mainly single-family houses with gardens.
There are good public transport connections to the city center. With the bus line 164 (3-minute walk from the house), you can quickly get to the S-Bahn Untermenzing and from there to the city center.
The two other tenants (one of them being the main tenant with whom you will conclude the contract) are very kind and relaxed people, and experienced in the WG life. It is important that you get along well and that you have a relaxed relationship with each other.
The open, large living room (about 20 square meters) has a large living room cabinet and TV, and is ideal for chilling out, doing sports, sitting together comfortably, etc.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher.
Overall, the apartment is very spacious and located in the middle of a beautiful garden surrounded by a high hedge. We also have a terrace, which is ideal for barbecues in the summer evenings.
Please note that I would like to sell my table and bed (frame and mattress) for 200 euros to the next tenant. Both items are in very good shape.
