I am renting my room in a flat-shared WG for the Oktoberfest period.
We are conveniently located around various restaurants and cafés, two blocks away from the U2 Frankfurter Ring station (direct U-Bahn to Oktoberfest) and more than three supermarkets at a walking distance.
The neighborhood is pretty quiet and the windows face towards a nice green view with constant bird chirping in the background. The room comes with a nice big balcony.
My current roommate and I are looking for a responsible temporary resident. I will be out of town but she has to work in the morning and write her thesis on the weekends, so she prefers to share with someone quiet.
Fees:
- €90/night if you rent for 2 weeks
- €100 damage deposit, will be returned to you after you check out
- €20 cleaning fee
