Ich suchen einen berufstätitigen Mitbewohner , auf einer großen Finca, mit Garten und Parkmöglichkeit. Zu Verfügung steht die Nutzung der gesamten Räumlichkeiten, inkl eigenem Schlafzimmer....Bad, offene Küche, großes Wohnzimmer...Waschmaschine...ect, ich bin öfter unterwegs, und möchte einen zuverlässigen Mitbewohner,der mindestens 3-5 Monate bleiben möchte.

Kein Telefon ! Festnetz...kann aber gelegt werden..." Hantiere noch mit " Stick und Handy ;o)
Strom , Wasser und Müll inkl.
Inca , Poligono, trotzdem !! ruhig gelegen, Einkauf in der Nähe, auto erforgerlich...keine " Bus vor der Tür...Bahnstation Inca ca 3Km entfernt
ich " fliege zwischen Mallorca & Deutschland " hin und her...
suche netten Mitbewohner, der eine " zusätzlich Putzfrau nicht nötig macht ;o)ich bin im "Schnitt 1 Woche auf Mallorca...also, jede "Menge" Ruhe vor der Mitbewohnerin....
Bin ab 16. September 2012 für 14 Tage in Inca, gerne könnt Ihr Euch einen Besichtigungstermin mit mir vereinbaren
